Non-Glare Acrylic Sheet
- ACRYLITE P-99 Non-Glare acrylic sheet was created to minimize glare and reflection and maximize the unhindered viewing of framed artwork. Its matte finish shows the art and nothing but the art from almost any angle and under typical lighting conditions. Acrylite® P-99 sheet, continuously manufactured, is lightweight and easily fabricated, offering a non-glare surface that can be painted or silk-screened. It is ideal for picture framing. Note: Sheet appears slightly hazy until it is placed directly on top of artwork. Once placed on artwork, the clarity comes through and the artwork is easily viewed without the glare associated with standard acrylic sheet.

Nylon MD Sheets & Rods - Extruded 6/6
Nylon® MD (extruded type 6/6) is a nylon and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) composition designed to improve the mechanical, thermal and bearing properties to type 6/6 nylon while maintaining its basic electrical and chemical characteristics.
Through compounding, finely divided particles impart extra lubricity to this nylon, permitting Nylon MD parts to operate with little or no lubrication. This makes it especially suited to applications where external lubrication is impractical, contaminating or difficult to maintain. The added lubricity also contributes dramatically to component service life, making Nylon MD a very cost-efficient choice.
Nylon MD provides non-galling and non-scratching characteristics, sound dampening qualities, insulating properties, resistance to oils, greases, most alkalies, solvents, and organic acids
- For very large and complex shapes, consider Cast Nylon MD (type 6).

Conductive Rubber Sheet
WesShield™ silicones and flourosilicones are shielding elastomers. Silicone in general is known for its excellent weather, oxidation and ozone resistance, but EMI Shielding in particular is used as a medium to provide electrical conductivity across a gasket-flange interface. Our fluorosilicone shielding also has resistance to oils, fuels and solvents, and meets the requirements outlined for the MIL-G-83528C specifications. Applications for these materials includes the production of shielding gaskets for the military, aerospace, electronics and communications.

MC511AF - NEMA G-11 Sheet
MC511AF (NEMA G-11) from Norplex is a high strength medium weight fiberglass epoxy resin composite that offers excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical properties at both room temperature and elevated temperatures. The product retains at least 50 percent of its room-temperature flexural strength at 150°C (E-1/150, T-150). MC511AF is chosen over high temperature glass mat composites and high-performance glass-filled thermoplastics because of its excellent machinability, outstanding dimensional stability, superior creep resistance, and overall endurance over long periods of time in the application. In use, the product is often exposed to continuous temperatures as high as 155°C for up to a decade. And in short-term applications such as insulation in aerospace and defense systems, the material withstands temperatures in excess of 300°C. Halogen free to conform to European restrictions, MC511AF is specially formulated to meet exacting power generation standards requiring higher strength at elevated temperatures. The product is considered the standard material for use as Class F insulation in electrical power generation and transmission equipment. PVC-300™ ESd Sheet
PVC-300™ is a plastic sheet product that controls static electricity for many applications, including windows, doors, machine covers and enclosures, and fabricated desiccators and cabinets. It is a high quality polyvinyl chloride sheet coated with SciCron Technologies clear, C-300™ static dissipative coating which prevents charge generation on the sheet surfaces. This controls particulate attraction and prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) events completely independent of humidity. PVC-300 fabricates simply, is light in weight and is available in large sheet sizes. It has excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, and mar resistance, plus superior flame spread properties.
Applications:
PVC-300 resists tribocharging under all circumstances and cannot generate a charge when properly grounded. This makes it ideal for use in manufacturing and assembly operations for charge sensitive electronic components where it can help prevent both immediate and latent ESD caused defects. Since it resists charge build-up it does not attract contaminants, so it can also help prevent contamination-related rejects in ultra-clean manufacturing operations. Consequently, it is suitable for use in the semi-conductor, electronic, and micro-manufacturing industries. Typical applications include; covers, windows, doors, and access panels for electronic equipment, assembly machines and instruments; transparent partitions; process equipment enclosures; and fabricated desiccators, cabinets, and boxes. The product also has many general industrial uses, including protection for static charge sensitive manufacturing devices and control of spark discharge in explosive environments.

G-10/FR4 sheets can be sanded to close tolerances for precision requirments. This glass-epoxy laminate is abrasive, but precision sanded sheets are produced using double-disk sanders for your convenience. Please allow 2-5 weeks for sanded sheets.
G-10/FR-4 is a thermosetting industrial laminate consisting of a continuous filament glass cloth material with an epoxy resin binder. It has characteristics of high strength, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance not only at room temperature but also under humid or moist conditions.

T-Kore Structural Composite Sheet
T-Kore is a 3 layer thermoplastic structured sheet with exceptionally good high-temperature performance, It has high tensile strenth combined with high impact strength and stiffness, excellent fabricating performance, good ductility and low temprature properties. In addition to superior mechanical properties, T-Kore resists thermal distortion and resists many chemicals.
Colors:
T-Kore is available in standard black and blue colors. Other colors are available with minimum or special order quantities. Colored panels have a black core and blank bottom skin. - T-Kore has a haircell texture on the top and bottom surfaces.
Finishing:
With conventional fabricating tools, it is possible to machine, saw, drill, route and gring these panels. Paints can be applied. Performance paints formulated for plastics must be used. As long as proper procedures are followed, this material can be joined to other materials, or itself, by adhesive bonding, ultrasonic welding and by mechanical fasteners such as staples and rivets.

Phenolic Sheet - Overview & Links
Phenolic sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass cloth impregnated with synthetic resin. These layers of laminations are usually of cellulose paper, cotton fabrics, synthetic yarn fabrics, glass fabrics or unwoven fabrics. When heat and pressure are applied to the layers, a chemical reaction (polymerization) transforms the layers into a high-pressure thermosetting industrial laminated phenolic sheet.
