Cogetherm® - Mica Laminate Insulation Board
Cogetherm® Mica plates for high-performance thermal and electrical insulation. Cogetherm is a mica laminate designed for electromechanical and thermomechanical applications.
Cogetherm is made in two standard types: Cogetherm M (Muscovite) & Cogetherm P (Phlogopite)
Cogetherm M, consists of +/-90% Cogemica Muscovite and +/-10% of bonding material. Cogetherm M has the highest resistance to pressure and is most recommended for complicated cut pieces. For continuous service temperature with temperatue up to 500° C (932° F), we recommend Cogetherm M.
Cogetherm P, consists of +/-90%Cogemica-Phlogopite and +/-10% of bonding material. The resistance to pressure of Cogetherm P is less than M and it should be applied only for continous applications > 500° C (932°F)
Both Cogetherm M & Cogetherm P are also available in a "desmoked" grade which emits reduced fumes during it's first applicaction. These grades are known as MC & PC.

High Density Polyethylene Partition Board is the ideal partition material for a wide variety of commercial applications such as schools, parks, stadiums, office buildings and airports. The durability of our material makes it immune to such problems as vandalism and constant traffic. In addition, the material is totally unaffected by water and humidity preventing it from shrinking, expanding, bowing, warping or delaminating in any way whatsoever. It is resistant to markings by pens, pencils, most markers and paints and cleans with ordinary household detergent or solvents for more stubborn stains. Minor surface damage can easily be repaired. Finally, the material does not have to be painted and is virtually maintenance free.

ShotBlocker® Bullet-Resistant Laminate (Grade MC504BR)
To meet the Military's requirement for improved ballistic protection, Norplex-Micarta has developed ShotBlocker®, a specialty line of ballistic resistant panels, tubes, pre-pregs, and molded shapes. These high performance composite products are resistant to projectiles, heat, and fire and protects from ricocheting slugs or fragments, making it suitable for most military threats, including blast protection, EFP protection, and IED protection.
MC504BR is a member of the ShotBlocker® family of products. MC504BR bullet resistant panels can be fabricated in the field to produce and/or reinforce the ability of a structure to withstand attack from a variety of projectiles. MC504BR panels are Underwriters Laboratories Listed and tested from Level 1 through Level 5. ShotBlocker panels are a Class 1-A fire/smoke-rated building material per ASTM E84, and certified to NIJ-Std-0108.01 Type II, Type IIA, Type III and Type IIIA.
Typically used to arm vehicles and guard stations, ShotBlocker provides exceptional structural strength in addition to ballistic protection. Lighter than steel, ShotBlocker is easy to handle and machine, allowing for ease of installation and repair. This weight reduction may also allow for downsizing drive train and suspension components or increasing the onboard payload.

Norplex NP510A G-10/FR4
NP510A (NEMA FR-4) combines a woven glass fabric and an epoxy resin laminate (Tg approximately 130°C) that contains bromine. The product provides consistent quality and good electrical properties under dry and humid conditions, as well as high flexural, impact, and bond strength at room temperatures. This product is suitable for a variety of structural, high humidity, and electrical insulation applications, which include terminal boards, lapping carriers, and disc and microelectronics polishing. NP510A complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27 and IEC 60893-3-2-EP GC 202.

Nylon, 30% Glass-Filled
30% Glass-Filled Nylon Rods & Plates - For applications requiring higher compressive strength and rigidity than standard unfilled Nylon. Nylon is significantly strengthened by the addition of glass-fibers. The added glass provides stability & rigidity, but reduces the non-lubricated wear properties. 30% glass filled nylon has 200% better strength than general purpose nylon but it is highly abrasive and will abraid or gall mating surfaces. Offering improved tensile, compressive and flexural properties over unfilled Nylon, 30% Glass-Filled Nylon provides increased load bearing characteristics and is the choice in applications where added stiffness, rigidity and
dimensional stability are required.

Flametec™ CP5 was formulated to meet the SEMI S93 specification for fire safety in clean room applications. CP5 meets UL 94 V-0 fire classification and is extruded for gauge and dimensional consistency. CP5 has an excellent balance of physical properties, chemical resistance and fire safety.

Flametec™ CP7-D is a proprietary designation for a flame retardant polypropylene formulation. CP7-D represent our version of polypropylene sheet whose flame retardant characteristics meet or exceed the most rigorous FMRC 4910 testing standards for most aspects of flame retardation, self-extinguishing characteristics and burnthrough. In addition, CP7-D FR Polypro also meets or exceeds test standards for low smoke generation and minimal toxic by-products. Boron Nitride - Combat®
Combat® Boron Nitride is a hot pressed hexagonal Boron Nitride. This material exhibits a unique combination of chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal properties, making it suitable for a wide range of high-performance industrial applications. Boron Nitride is an advanced synthetic ceramic material provides unique properties such as from high heat capacity and outstanding thermal conductivity combined with easy machinability and superior dielectric strength. Boron Nitride can easily be machined to close tolerances in virtually any shape. After machining, it is ready for use without additional heat treating or firing operations. In inert and reducing atmospheres, Boron Nitride will withstand temperatures over 2,000°C. It is not wet by most molten metals and slags and can therefore be used as a container for most molten metals including aluminium, cryolite, sodium, iron, steel, silicon, boron, tin germanium and copper.

Combat® Silicon Nitride comes in five standard grades:
- Combat® AX05 does not use any binder and is self-bonded, offering the highest purity for high-temperature applications. Non-wet by almost all molten metals, AX05 is recommended for applications such as extreme high-temperature insulators and crucibles for high-purity processing
- Combat® M and M26 combine the moisture resistance of silica with the unique properties of boron nitride. Differentiated by the amount of SiO2, Combat M offers unparalleled resistance to thermal shock while Combat M26 offers higher thermal conductivity. M and M26 are ideal for applications requiring extreme and exacting dielectric properties.
- Combat® ZSBN combines the non-wetting properties of boron nitride with the extreme refractory and wear-resistance of zirconia. ZSBN is widely used in a variety of molten metal contact applications.
- Combat® A uses boron nitride as a binder to create a hard, dense yet easily machinable product best used in inert and dry environments. It is ideal for general purpose high-performance applications.
- Combat® HP leverages Boron Nitride's outstanding thermal shock resistance with Calcuim Borate Glass's moisture resistance. HP is ideal for light metal processing applications such as aluminum, magnesium and zinc, particularly electrical insulation applications for up to 1000° C.

G-7 Glass-Silicone Laminate
G-7 glass-silicon laminate has good electrical properties under humid conditions, excellent heat and arc resistance, and is self-extinguishing. G-7 is used for electrical grade insulation, and for heating & appliance insulation. Silicone laminate grade G7 glass cloth reinforced silicone's natural color is typically cream to white. Composed of a continuous glass woven cloth base impregnates with silicone resin binder, this grade has excellent heat and arc resistance. Silicone thermosets are among the best polymers for high temperature. Hence, silicone is broadly used for high temperature electronic applications requiring low electrical losses. Silicone is not as strong as epoxies and industrial laminates (phenolics), upon aging at lower temperatures but is stronger upon aging over 400 deg F. G7 has extremely good dielectric loss properties under dry conditions and good electrical properties under humid conditions, although the percentage of change is high.

Tuffak® Lumen XT, extruded sheet product was developed specifically as a diffusion lens for LED lighting.
