Viton® FKM Rubber Sheet
FKM Rubber Sheet: Commonly known as: Viton® manufactured by Dupont Performance Elastomers or Dyneon® fluoroelastomer rubber manufactured by Dyneon, a 3M Company. Cured FKM Sheet Rubber is available in widths up to 48 Inches and various Durometers 55-90 Shore A. FKM sheeting has a smooth cellophane finish. Fabric finish is available on most materials at no extra charge. Fabric Finish is subject to longer lead-times.
Viton® Extreme™ and Aflas™ while both of these are specialty FKM products, they offer the broadest chemical resistance of the FKM families. These hybrids, while very expensive, offer a wide range of fluid resistance. They can be designed to resistant to automotive & off-road high pH lubricants, greases, & coolants, oil exploration & production fluids, drilling mud, and sour gas. They are recommended for resistance to certain solvents, and extremely harsh environments, like low molecular weight amines and ketones.

GPO-1 Sheet
GPO-1 is an economical general purpose NEMA GPO-1 laminate that performs well in applications where good electrical properties, good physical strength, and moderate heat resistance are required, but where higher flame is not. Grade GPO-1 is suitable for producing a variety of electrical insulating and support components including: barriers, mounting panels, brush holders, collars, wedges, and blocking used in rotating apparatus, dry-type transformers, and large switches. Grade GPO-1 laminate can function well in IEEE Class B operating temperatures. The standard color for GPO-1 is brown, and is molded in thicknesses of 1/32" through 2".

Lucite® L Cast Acrylic Sheet
Lucite® (aka Optix-L) is a Continuous Cast acrylic sheet with a unique combination of high molecular weight and uniform thickness. Lucite® L cast acrylic sheet is lightweight and easily fabricated. Clear, colorless Lucite® L sheet has a luminous transmittance of 92%. It is clearer than glass and will not yellow under normal exposure.
Lucite® L will withstand exposure to blazing sun, extreme cold, sudden temperature changes, salt water spray. This lightweight material is only half the weight of glass.

While it does not have the rigidity of glass or metals, it is more rigid than many other transparent plastics such as acetates, butyrates, polycarbonate, polyester, and SAN. Lucite® L continuous cast acrylic sheet has a typical tensile strength of 10,300 psi and a typical stiffness of 535,000 psi at 73° F (23° C). Foamlite® P is a PP-C-based lightweight construction material. With a density of 0.65 g/cm3, Foamlite® P offers clear weight advantages over a sheet made of compact polypropylene at 0.915 g/cm3. The material also has an excellent combination of toughness, high rigidity, strength and chemical resistance. The surface is optionally available with a smooth finish or with a fine grain. Rochling developed the closed-pore foamed material Foamlite® P especially for applications in which construction materials need to have a very low weight and have a high level of mechanical stability. This opens up a wide range of possibilities in lightweight design.
30 per cent lighter than standard solid PP-C Sheets
Foamlite® P lightweight boards are nearly 30 per cent lighter than comparable compact polypropylene sheets. Viton® Closed-Cell Sponge Sheet
Viton® Closed-Cell Sponge Rubber Sheet - Viton sponge is a closed cell, soft density foam that is manufactured with a continuous skin on both sides. The skin makes the sheet stronger and more tear resistant and even when the surface skin is punctured or cut, the material will not allow the passage of air or fluid between cells. The non-absorbent sheets are highly compressible, resilient, lightweight, and provide good thermal insulation. Like dense Viton, this material is generally resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, oil, fuels, ozone and weather, lubricants, and animal or vegetable oils. It is also resistant to acids and hot water. Optional pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) is available.

NH Armaflex is a nonhalogen flexible elastomeric thermal insulation, gray in color, supplied as unslit tubing in
nominal wall thicknesses of 1/2", 3/4" and 1" (special order) in sizes from 3/8" through 8" IPS. Sheets are supplied
36" x 48" in nominal wall thicknesses of 1/2", 3/4", 1"and 1-1/2" (special order). NH Armaflex was specially
developed by Armacell to minimize the density of smoke and eliminate corrosive acid gases from combustion. NH
Armaflex will not carry a progressive flame, and is formulated without chlorine, bromines, or PVC.
A closed-cell material, NH Armaflex provides low thermal conductivity, good fire behavior, low-temperature
flexibility, and excellent protection against water vapor diffusion. It is manufactured without the use of CFCs, HFCs
or HCFCs. It is also formaldehyde free, low VOCs, fiber free, dust free and resists mold and mildew. When installed
in the same manner as standard AP Armaflex flexible insulation, NH Armaflex requires no additional vapor retarder
under normal conditions (see "Installation of Armaflex Insulations" brochure).
