PFA 450 HP Sheets & Rods
PFA 450 HP Sheets, PFA 450 HP Rods - PFA 450 HP fluoropolymer is a special purpose resin available in clear, 2.5-mm
(0.1-in.) pellets. This resin is a chemically modified form of PFA 350 that combines many of
the benefits of the parent resin with several new ones. The additional benefits may include enhanced
purity, improved thermal stability while processing and chemical inertness, for example, to ozonated
fluids. Similar to PFA 350, this resin has a relatively low flow rate, long flex life, and
enhanced resistance to environmental stress cracking compared with most other grades of PFA.
The enhanced purity of PFA 450 HP makes it suitable for applications that require improved
color, lower extractable fluorides, and freedom from other foreign materials. This product contains
no additives and is designed for hostile chemical environments where purity in the parts-per-billion
range is needed. Examples are in semiconductor manufacture, fluid handling systems for industry
or life sciences, and instrumentation for precise measurements of fluid systems. PFA 450
HP is preferred when extended service is required in hostile environments involving chemical, thermal,
and mechanical stress.

450 HP results in reduced amounts of bubbles in
final parts and decreased corrosion of processing
equipment. PFA 450 HP combines the
processing ease of conventional thermoplastics
with properties similar to those of polytetrafluoroethylene.

Royalite® R-57 Sheet
Royalite®R57 thermoplastic sheet is a fire-rated, rigid, ABS/PVC product specifically developed to meet Federal Aviation Administration requirements. It passes FAR 25.853b at 0.047" and above. It is lightweight material with very high impact strength, high tensile strength and stiffness, as well as excellent formability and ductility.
Applications Include: Small aircraft needs, such as Tray Tables and Armrests in smaller commuter and private airplanes as well as Interior Ceiling and Side Panels in many helicopters.

Royalite® R-59 Sheet
Royalite® R-59 is an ABS/PVC alloy that is listed UL94 V-0, UL94 5VA, and UL94 V-1. R59 is also manufactured in compliance with Motor Vehicle Specification MVSS-302. Combining high impact and tensile strength with excellent ductility and thermoformability has made R59 the material of choice for a wide array of applications requiring a fire rated material. R59 is produced utilizing a proprietary cap sheet technology, which insures superior color and gloss control, in addition to excellent grain retention after thermoforming. Celtec Displayboard is a foamed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet whose extraordinary combination of features makes it ideal for signage, exhibits, store displays, POP, Kiosks, screen printing and more.
