Phenolic - Grade X Paper

Poroplate® laminates are multilayer composites of selected wire cloths, perforated sheets and fiber metal felts permanently bonded together through a proprietary diffusion bonding process. PTFE - 25% Glass-Filled
PTFE Glass-Filled - Milled glass fibers have the least effect on chemical and electrical properties and add greatly to the mechanical properties of unfilled PTFE. Addition of glass improves compressive properties by as much as 40% and improves wear resistance greatly. These compounds resist acids and oxidation but can be attacked by alkali.
PTFE with 25% glass fibers for increased stability is supplied in sheets, rods & tubes.

Its high tensile strength and wear resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, steel and agricultural industries. Composed of virgin polymer and premium additives, TIVAR® Ceram P® is a shatter-resistant alternative to sintered ceramics, reducing parts wear and machine maintenance downtime.
Easily recognizable by the lime-green color, TIVAR® Ceram P® is available in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/16" to 2". It is also available in gauge sizes 3/4" to 3" in 20' lengths.

Tivar® DrySlide UHMW
Tivar® DrySlide UHMW Sheet - Modified with special dry lubricants, Tivar® DrySlide has the lowest coefficient of friction of any of the Tivar®products.
The enhanced coefficient of friction and anti-static properties make Tivar® DrySlide an excellent performer in dusty environments. Even damp boxes or parcels covered in shrink-wrap won't stick to Tivar® DrySlide. In addition, the enhanced surface lubricity won't mar packaging or products, but allow them to move freely without jamming from dirt, grit or static build-up. Tested with top brands of dry-erase markers
Several brands of dry erase markers were tested on ACRYLITE® Marker Boards and left to dry for 15 weeks.
All were easily removed with light pressure. The following brands performed well and completely wiped away
with no ghosting or smearing: EXPO® Standard, EXPO® Low Odor, CenterStage, and Marks-A-Lot®.

CPVC White (PVC-C) FM4910
Flametec™ Cleanroom PVC-C (CPVC) is a CPVC-based resin in Ultra White Color for the Semiconductor Industry. This Ultra-White Cleanroom PVC-C sheet material is designed to be the most economical choice in FM 4910 materials. Vycom's Cleanroom PVC-C has been audited and tested in accordance with the FM 4910 protocol. It meets the test criteria with an FPI of 2 (limit of 6 max) and an SDI of 0.1 ( 0.4 max). PVC-C is FM listed at .250" thickness and above. PVC-C (CPVC) Based Sheet is available in 48" x 96" sheets in gauges of 1/8" through 1" and meets the demand for aesthetics and functionality in clean room wet process equipment . FM4910 rating is only for thicknesses of .250" and above.

Durapol® CDM ESD 68910N
Durapol® CDM ESD 68910N is a composite material based on glass mat reinforcement in combination with dissipative, high temperature and high corrosion resistant resin system. CDM ESD 68910N is a new generation material taking into account the necessity of thin walls machining. Electrostatic discharge damage electronic components and circuits every day. To use CDM will allow charges to move slowly out of the circuit and will ensure the quality of your production. CDM ESD product have guaranteed dissipative characteristics. The CDM range of products exhibits higher mechanical and resistance properties as standard composite materials. The random glass mat substrate present in the CDM ESD 68910N minimizes delamination problems during machining or pallet use. The relative low thermal conductivity in the CDM materials allows quick pallet turnaround eliminating most of the time both the necessity to provide a cooling station and the process heat sink effect experienced in the metallic pallets.
- CDM materials can substitute metallic solder frames with great advantages.
Flux resistance is depending on composition and pH level. CDM has been developed to have a better withstand towards chemicals. To preserve the stability of CDM material, a regular cleaning can still be made. Due to the high fiberglass content, machining is recommended with carbide or diamond toolings. Precise machining with very accurate tolerances can be achieved by experts in the conception and machining of pallets.

- The eggcrate is an extremely versatile product with uses in lighting, signage, POP displays, HVAC ventilation, awning and many other applications. The open cell eggcrate greatly improves ventilation, resulting in lower operating temperatures, thus improving lamp performance and increasing ballast life. These louvers will not interfere with ceiling sprinkler systems and are destaticized to repel and retard dust accumulation. Our eggcrate is injection molded in a single piece for added strength and designed with ship-lap fit for a uniform appearance when panels are joined.

King CuttingBoard® XL is an exceptionally white natural polyethylene color, creating the bright, clean, sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require.
The sheets are approximately one-third lighter in weight than standard King CuttingBoard®, allowing for easy handling and cleanup. Bacteria, odors and cleaning fluids wash completely off. King CuttingBoard® XL won't dull knives like wood. King CuttingBoard XL is tested and certified by the NSF and the material is FDA approved. It is made to last in the most demanding commercial environments. It is easy to clean, easy to maintain, and will not rot or splinter.
How to Clean
Scrub the material with a strong bristle brush and professional strength detergent to remove any detritus or stains. Rinse with hot water. Sanitize with a ten percent bleach solution. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. King CuttingBoard® XL materials are dishwasher safe. Remove from the dishwasher before the drying cycle for the best result. Allow to air dry.

Nylatron NSM was developed specifically for demanding applications where larger size parts are required. It is ideal for bearings, gears and wear pads.

PVDF - Compression Molded
PVDF resin is one of the most stable and pure of all commercial resins. This highly chemically resistant fluoropolymer is used in piping, tubing, vessel fabrication, molded valves and fittings, tower packing, nozzles and other items for corrosive fluid handling. Its inherent chemical resistance and high purity make PVDF ideal for application in contact with high purity water, acids, chlorine, halogenated solvents and petrochemical mixtures. The natural flame retardancy and flexibility of this resin leads to many uses in the jacketing of fiber optic cables, fiber optic raceways and copper cable used in plenum areas of buildings.

Chemical Resistance
Used extensively in chemical, analytical, micro-biological and educational laboratories world-wide, Trespa TopLabPLUS is resistant to a large number of aggressive chemicals. They will not mark a Trespa TopLabPLUS surface - if cleaned within 24 hours. Test results show the panel's 24 hour resistance.
Antimicrobial performance
Thanks to its unique surface composition, Trespa TopLabPLUS is non porous. Its anti-microbial properties are incorporated in the product without the use of coatings or additives. This means that these properties will remain active throughout the product's lifetime. Bacteria, moulds and/or other micro-organisms are unable to grow or penetrate the surface. Bacteria stains will dry relatively fast on the surface — and bacteria will not find any source of nutrition on the material.

Fluorosint® 207
Fluorosint® 207's unmatched dimensional stability, excellent creep resistance and white color uniquely position this material to serve FDA regulated applications. It is non-permeable in steam and complies with the FDA's regulation 21 CFR 175.300. Its relative wear rate is 1/20 the rate of PTFE below 300°F (150°C) making it an excellent choice for aggressive service bearings and bushings.
