ABS Sheets & Rods - Machine Grade
ABS Sheets & Rods - Machine Grade ABS Sheets & Rods. ABS has perhaps the best balance of properties when cost is a factor. It has good chemical & stress-resistance, as well as, a combination of toughness with rigidity & creep resistance. Machine Grade ABS is easily machined via standard machining techniques including; turning, drilling, milling, and sawing. For heat-bending and thermoformed parts, use ABS Forming Grade.
Engineering Grade ABS is available in Rods & Sheets to customer specifications:
ABS Rods are produced up to 6" diameter in standard 8 foot lengths (Prices Listed Per Foot).
ABS Sheets / Plates are available in two types - Compression-Molded or Extruded:
- Compression Molded Sheets are available up to 4" thick in 48" x 96"
- Standard Thickness Tolerance of Compression-Molded Sheets is +/-10%.
- PLUS ONLY Compression-Molded Sheets are available upon request at an additional cost.
- Extruded Sheets are produced up to 24" x 48", and are sold upon special request only.
- Note: Extruded Sheets have a better thickness tolerance than molded sheets. (also more expensive)

Fishpaper - Vulcanized Fibre Sheet
Fish Paper (aka Fishpaper - Vulcanized Fibre) is a strong paperboard insulation used primarily for its excellent electrical insulating properties. Fish paper is a vulcanized fiber and is very flexible. Used frequently for electrical insulation, fishpaper is commonly die cut and machined. Fishpaper is extremly durable and is available both in sheet stock and custom parts.
Vulcanized Fibre is made between .0078" and .375" thick. It is made in several colors, and several grades. The most common grade is Standard Electrical Grade which is commonly referred to as Fishpaper.
- Standard Electrical Grade Vulcanized Fibre (aka Fish Paper - Fishpaper): is made only in thinner gauges, typically from .0078" to .062" thick. It has very good electrical insulating properties, and is more flexible with good forming capabilities for applications such as slot wedge insulation.
- Standard Color is Grey
Vulcanized Fibre (Fishpaper) is sold under various tradenames including; Peerless, Vulcanex, Forbon, and Armite.

Super tough, durable Kydex® 152 WG sheet brings new dimensions to membrane pressers in: extensibility, rigidity, abrasion resistance, and fire retardancy. This high performance thermoplastic sheet is available in five aesthetically pleasing woodgrain patterns; each substrate color is custom matched to compliment the woodgrain cap. It rates Class 1/A when tested according to the ASTM E-84, the Steiner Tunnel test and V-0 when tested to UL Std. 94 testing.

StarBoard® HDPE - Marine Sheet
King StarBoard® is the original marine-grade polymer and the industry standard. It is the product of a proprietary process called K-Stran,™ the most advanced manufacturing process available for producing consistently flat continuous sheets. King StarBoard
is environmentally stabilized to withstand the harshest marine conditions. It will not rot or discolor like teak and other solid woods, and it will not delaminate like wood laminates. In addition, the installed cost of King StarBoard is less than teak, other common marine woods, and fiberglass. Plus, our large sheet sizes maximize your yield. Acrylite® GP P95 Patterned Sheet
Acrylite® GP P95 (aka Acrylic P95) is patterned on one side of the sheet. This added texture provides decorative effects and diffuses annoying surface reflections. The matte finish is available on one side only. Professional Plastics preferred brand is Acrylite® P95. ACRYLITE GP P-95 sheet offers transparent clarity when in direct contact with objects. Ideal for signs and displays, its one-sided matte finish reduces reflected light. This cell cast sheet comes in colorless, translucent, and custom colors. This products is also available in "Black/White" Acrylite GP P-95 which appears dark by day and, with a little backlighting, it glows white at night. This GP P-95 is manufactured from a special pigment formulation that yields 10-19% light transmittance when backlit, but appears dark and opaque without backlighting.

PEEK Sheets & PEEK Rods - VIRGIN Grade
PEEK Sheets & PEEK Rods, UNFILLED, VIRGIN Grade PEEK (PolyEtherEtherKetone) is a high performance engineering thermoplastic that offers chemical and water resistance similar to PPS, but can operate at higher temperatures. PEEK can be used continuously to 480°F (250°C) and in hot water or steam without permanent loss in physical properties. For hostile environments, PEEK is a high strength alternative to fluoropolymers. PEEK carries a V-0 flammability rating and exhibits very low smoke and toxic gas emission when exposed to flame. For a longer life in certain applications, we suggest Rochling Euro Gray Polypropylene which features a unique proprietary blend of Heat Stabilizers and Impact Modifiers. These additiive may contribute to extended parts life is some applications. Contact us for more details.
Euro Gray Polypropylene is primarily used for the construction of process tanks and linings for the chemical plating industries, and wastewater treatment systems.

AC-350 ESd Acrylic Sheet (Bending Grade)
AC-350 Acrylic (Bending Grade) - Static Dissipative Plastic AC-350™ Acrylic is a plastic sheet product that controls static electricity in many applications, including bent and contoured equipment covers, enclosures, and panels.
