Nylatron® SLG-FDA PA6 (formerly known as; Nylatron® LFG) Lubricated Food Grade Nylon - Available in Natural (Ivory) or Blue (PA 6 + oil). Nylatron® SLG-FDA PA6
is self-lubricating in the real meaning of the word, and has a FDA food contact compliant composition. Nylatron® SLG-FDA PA6 has been specially developed for non-lubricated, highly loaded and slowly moving parts in food contact applications. Compared to standard cast nylons, it offers lower maintenance costs and longer service life.

Nyloil® FG (Food Grade) (Natural Color)
NYLOIL-FG is a self lubricating nylon bearing material which meets the provisions of FDA Regulations 21 CFR, Section 177.15 (and others) and USDA 3A Sanitary Standards 20-17 for direct contact with food. This is a particularly useful material where additional lubrication is not desirable because of cleanability, contamination, or other considerations. Nyloil FG Natural is an oil-filled nylon in Natural Color (off-white).

Nyloil® MDX (Gray or Blue) Oil-Filled Nylon
NYLOIL MDX (Gray or Blue) - oil-filled cast nylon designed for slightly higher load capabilities.
Nyloil oil-filled cast nylon, is carefully dispersed with an oil-based lubricant during the manufacturing process. The result is a highly crystalline, internally lubricated, high-strength polymer with enhanced wear and reduced friction properties.
NYLOIL is offered in grades tailored to specific applications:

PEEK Adhesive Tape
PEEK Tape with Adhesive Backing - PEEK adhesive tape, is a super-tough material providing the best combination of friction and wear properties combined with high temperature resistance,chemical resistance and excellent electrical insulation. It is ideal for use in a broad range of applications including gaskets, aerospace components, high performance labels, solder masking, oil field equipment, semiconductor processing equipment and more. PEEK tape provides engineers and designers with an excellent alternative to both PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and PI (polyimide) tape. When compared to PTFE tape, VICTREX PEEK tape exhibits much higher tensile strength, is a tougher, stronger material with better wear performance in aggressiveconditions, and has a lower density. When compared to PI tape, VICTREX PEEK tape has lower moisture absorption, better performance in strong alkaline environments, and higher tear strength. PEEK tape can withstand continuous operating temperatures of up to 220°C (428°F) and even higher temperatures for short durations. It resists wear over a wide range of pressure, velocity, temperature and counterfacial roughness. Hydrolytically stable, PEEK tape maintains its electrical properties over a wide frequency and temperature range, and can withstand over 109 rads of radiation exposure without embrittlement. In addition, it has excellent chemical resistance to solvents, acids, bases, fuels, and hydrocarbons even at elevated temperatures. PEEK tape is able to meet a variety of aerospace, automotive, food/water, medical/pharmaceutical, and military/nuclear approvals and standards.

ULTEM™ PEI Film

Acriplex™ EX 75 impact-modified acrylic sheet from Professional Plastics offers superior impact-resistance than standard acrylic sheets. The result is longer-life and greater safety in glazing applications where impact is a potential threat. Applications include Golf Cart Windshields, UTV windshields, off-road vehicle windshields, equipment screens, and other transparent glazing needs. Generally, PMMA is very hard material. Hardness is reduced with addition of the modifier as it imparts it's elastomeric structure into the polymer matrix. The impact modifier also slightly reduces transparency in accordance with the percentage of modifier that is added to the base PMMA resin. This modifier also slightly lowers the color value in whiteness and yellowness Index. These transparency and brightness changes are minimal, and meet industry standards for impact-modified acrylic sheet. Please contact contact customer service for samples and pricing.
