It has a thick wall of modified polyamide adhesive that melts and flows, encapsulating and sealing components contained within. W3B2 is recommended for applications requiring water-proofing for light cable, wire harnesses, and protection of connector components. Its 3 to 1 shrink ratio allows it to easily fit over irregular surfaces and large connectors.

Versilon™ NT-80 Flexible Reinforced PVC Tubing is economical and features a white polyester cord embedded within its walls. With a Shore A Durometer of 80 hardness and four times greater working pressure versus non-reinforced PVC tubing, this clear flexible tubing meets FDA requirements for food handling. Mylar Heat Shrink Tubing ( 2:1 Shrink Ratio) is an easy to use product that works well for high temperature and electrical insulation, for protection, or even as replacement for tape. It is suitable for hand or machine application. No costly shrinking equipment is necessary. The polyester tubing is spiral wound to most diameters and lengths. As a high dielectric insulation material, the shrinkable tubing makes a tight, smooth protective covering even in tight spaces. Mylar heat shrink tubing is shrinkable by as much as 50 percent of its diameter.

ProtoPEEK KD2000-IM Tubes
ProtoPEEK KD2000-IM (proprietary PEEK polyetheretherketone) tubes are made via a custom two-stage process to provide complex geometries, fast cycle times, and economical production of high-volume parts.
Sizes:
ProtoPEEK KD2000-IM tubes can be manufactured in sizes up to 5.25" OD. Inside Diameters range from 1.00" ID to 3.75" ID: in .250" increments. Wall sizes from .250" up to .750". Lengths are standard 6" long.
ProtoPEEK KD2000-IM is a high performance engineering thermoplastic that offers chemical and water resistance similar to PPS, but can operate at higher temperatures. It can be used continuously to 480 F (250 C) and in hot water or steam without permanent loss in physical properties. For hostile environments, Our KD2000-IM is a high strength alternative to fluoropolymers. It carries a V-0 flammability rating and exhibits very low smoke and toxic gas emission when exposed to flame.

Santoprene™ Tubing
Santoprene offers good mechanical properties under a wide range of operating temperatures. Highly durable, it is resistant to fatigue, ozone, ultraviolet, acids, alkalies, water, and most oils and lubricants. We supply Santoprene tubing in three grades: Shore A hardnesses of 64 and 73, and also Food Grade 73A which meets FDA requirements.
