PET sleeving is braided from 10 mil polyethylene terepthalate (PET) monofilament yarns. The sleeving cuts easily and cleanly with a hot knife and once installed, will beautify and protect any wire, hose or cable application.

Chemours® NXT 70 PTFE
Chemours® NXT 70 PTFE is a chemically modified polytetra-fluoroethylene polymer. When properly processed, Chemours® NXT 70 exhibits the superior properties typical of the fluoropolymer resins: nonaging characteristics, chemical inertness, heat resistance, toughness and flexibility, low coefficient of friction, nonstick characteristics, negligible moisture absorption, and weather resistance.
In addition, Chemours® NXT 70 offers weldability, improved resistance to deformation under load, increased resistance to permeation of chemicals, and a higher dielectric breakdown voltage. This grade exhibits minimal sagging (typical of modified PTFE) in billets as large as 350 kg (800 lb).

With metallic piping systems, piping corrosion is an ongoing problem that can lead to process leaks, flow restrictions and, ultimately, premature failures.
But Corzan® CPVC and Corzan® HP industrial piping systems are made from a non-corrosive, durable chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) technology that makes them chemically inert to most mineral acids, bases and salts, as well as aliphatic hydrocarbons found in industrial applications, including metal finishing, chemical processing, water systems, wastewater treatment.
For both new systems and repairs to existing systems, Corzan industrial systems offer a tremendous value versus metallic and non-metallic options even at elevated temperatures at pressure up to 200° F. Additionally, over the long-term, Corzan CPVC technologies can result in a significantly lower total installed cost than most other piping alternatives because of stable material costs, a longer service life resulting from it's natural chemical resistance, lower maintenance costs, reduced downtime and a fast and easy installation process.
CPVC pipe and fittings are available through 24" diameter, and all Corzan industrial systems meet the 24448 cell class up to 8" diameter, as defined by ASTM D1784.

CPVC Pipe - For Superior Corrosion Resistance in High Temperature Applications
Harvel CPVC pipe is produced from a specialty blend of Corzan® CPVC material with unique physical properties desirable for piping applications (i.e., improved impact resistance and good fire resistance capabilities). The CPVC product line includes schedules 40 and 80 piping from 1/4" through 16" diameters. Harvel CPVC piping systems can handle more than three-fourths of the temperature/pressure requirements of today's typical process plants. CPVC pressure pipe has an upper working temperature limit of 200°F (93°C), or approximately 60°F (15°C) above that of Type I Grade I PVC. As with all thermoplastic piping systems, CPVC's ability to withstand pressure varies with pipe diameter, wall thickness, and temperature. For pressure piping applications it is recommended for temperatures as high as 200°F (93°C) when appropriate temperature de-rating factors are applied. As the pipe diameter and temperature increases, the pressure rating of the product decreases. For example, 1/2" Schedule 80 CPVC pipe is engineered for continuous service of 850 psi @ 73°F (23°C). The same pipe in service @ 180°F (82°C) carries a maximum working pressure rating of 210 psi at this temperature. 6" Schedule 80 CPVC pipe is designed for 270 psi @ 73°F, and 54 psi @ 200°F.

Heat Treated Fiberglass Sleeving - 210 C
210C is used in high temperature, low voltage applications such as toasters, coffee makers and other small heating appliances. Its flexibility and expandability allows for use over irregular shapes, making 210C particularly effective as coil insulation on rotating equipment. 210C is also used in wire harness assemblies as well as for thermal protection of insulated wires against damage from external heat sources. Its high degree of saturabiity makes it an ideal choice for sleeving applications where varnishing or vacuum pressure impregnation is used.
Physical Properties:
210C exhibits high tensile strength, is non-flammable, heat resistant, and non-corrosive to metals. 710C has excellent resistance to moisture, fungus and chemical attack.

Kevlar® Sleeving
Kevlar® Sleeving - Stronger than Steel, Soft & Pliable
Kevlar® is a soft, flexible sleeving that's perfect for bundling and protecting vulnerable components from the most extreme environmental conditions. Kevlar is braided from aramid fibers and has all of Kevlar's well-known characteristics of durability, pliability and extraordinary tensile strength. Kevlar fibers are up to 20 times stronger than steel fibers of equal diameter. Kevlar has excellent thermal stability, permitting long-term, continuous use at temperatures as low as -274°F and as high as 320°F. Short term exposure up to 572°F can be tolerated. Kevlar does not melt or support combustion. KV sleeving provides extreme strength and durability, yet is lightweight and easy to install.

LEXAN™ Sheet is UV stabilized, has a heat deflection temperature of 270° F at 264 PSI, and has a smoke density rating less than 75. LEXAN® 9034 is engineered for window glazing as well as for sign applications. In addition to colorless (clear), Lexan™ 9034 is available in solar gray and bronze in thicknesses from .080" to .500". Supplier of LEXAN™ 9034 uncoated polycarbonate sheet which is the standard grade of LEXAN™ sheet for general purpose applications. High-impact LEXAN™ 9034 can be used for economical protection against breakage or intrusion. A better insulator than glass, Lexan sheet contributes to lower energy costs. Lexan sheet boasts an impact strength 250 times greater than that of glass and 30 times greater than acrylic. This strength and flexibility has made Lexan sheet an indispensable material for a wide variety of applications.
