Boltaron 4800 is a proprietary, fire retardant, extruded Acrylic/PVC alloy sheet designed specifically for mass transit interior applications. Boltaron 4800 meets ASTM E-162 and ASTM E-662 stringent requirements for flammability and low smoke emissions and FTA, UMTA and Docket 90A guidelines. Boltaron 4800 offers excellent impact strength, abrasion resistance, stain and chemical resistance, and thermoformability.

RIGIWALL® 4333 - Class 1-A Sheet for Interior Wallcovering - Protective wallcovering and related components for commercial and institutional building interiors in gauges from .022 to .040 in. (0.56 to 1.02 mm) resist high impact, abrasion, harsh cleansers/chemicals. Boltaron RIGIWALL® 4333 sheet is a proprietary, calendered PVC/Acrylic alloy developed as a protective and attractive interior wallcovering for commercial and institutional buildings such as Hospitals, Long Term Care Facilities, Commercial and Government Offices, Schools, Supermarkets, Retail Stores, Airports, Clinics, Elevators, Prisons and other high traffic interiors.
It can be adhered to interior walls or pre-laminated to MDF and other substrates to create high performance composite sheet products.
Available in gauges from .022 to .040 in. (0.56 to 1.02 mm) Rigiwall 4333 can also be post-formed, thermoformed, machined using conventional tools, bonded and mechanically fastened, allowing the production of corner guards, crash rails, base moldings, profile moldings, connectors, selfsupporting panels and other parts that perfectly match RIGIWALL® 4333 sheet applied as protective wallcovering.
More than just decorative, Boltaron RIGIWALL® 4333 sheet is also extremely durable. Boasting an Izod impact rating of 15 ft lbs/in. (795 J/m), it protects interior walls against repeated impacts from carts, wheelchairs, gurneys, shopping carts, luggage and general abuse, while maintaining a like-new appearance. It is offered in unlimited colors, all of which are monolithic, rendering any gouges or scratches inconspicuous, unlike printed, painted or laminated wallcoverings. And because it is one of the most chemical-resistant thermoplastics in existence, graffiti and grime can be removed repeatedly using harsh cleansers without fading, staining or degradation.
Add to this a UL Standard 723 listing and a Class 1-A rating, and Boltaron RIGIWALL® 4333 delivers everything you need to beautify and protect high traffic interiors.

Underground Bore Spacers for Conduit Lines in Trenches - Conduit In-Casing.
Bore spacers allow telecommunications and power utility providers to quickly and easily install underground lines within trenches for proper spacing beneath roadways, rail lines, or any other structure. These Underground Bore Spacers are commonly produced from Natural HDPE (off-white) or Reprocessed HDPE (Black Color), as well as Polypropylene, and other alternate plastic materials. These spacers are designed to support various conduit bundles during installation and also reduce load and stress. This method of support protects the conduit lines and the installed cables within. An added benefit is the well-organized design which improves the ease of installation, and improves identification for any future installations and repairs. These spacers can improve installation times and maximizes the use of space within the trench.
Professional Plastics produces custom Underground Bore Spacers to your job site conduit line specifications. This allows the customer to specify the material specifications, conduit spacing, hole size and separation between duct runs.

Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Spacers
- Heavy duty two-piece T304 Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel Spacers with durable glass filled polymer runners
- Available in 8" and 12" widths (Recommend 8" widths through 36" carrier pipe sizes)
- Fast and easy installation on various carrier pipe types within cased crossing applications
- Spacers are lined with ribbed PVC extrusions to prevent electrical contact between the carrier pipe and the metallic spacer.
- Carbon Steel Spacers are fabricated from pickled and oiled steel and then coated with a fusion bonded copolymer based thermoplastic for superior abrasion resistance and corrosion protection

OmniRoller Spacers
The NEW CCI OmniRoller Casing Spacers are supplied with a patented runner equipped with an innovative multidirectional assembly designed for the following:
- Maintain cathodic protection between the carrier pipe and casing pipe to prevent premature corrosion
- Reduce the coefficient of friction within the casing pipe for ease of installation
- Allow for longer installations while maintaining the desired grade
- Prevent the carrier pipe from spiraling within the casing pipe during installation, unlike unidirectional rollers
The CCI OmniRoller Casing Spacers are manufactured with an 8" wide Coated Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel shell for nominal carrier pipe sizes ranging from 4" to 24". Each OmniRoller runner can be supplied with up to 3 multidirectional assemblies depending on the carrier pipe type and application.
Polyethylene Spacers
- Injection molded from LLDPE with a wide variety of runner heights
- Provides an economical alternative to metallic casing spacers
- Excellent dielectric strength and low moisture absorption provide minimal electric current loss with no impairment of cathodic protection
- High impact resistance and excellent frictional characteristics make polyethylene spacers a pipeline industry standard on mechanical joints, restrained joints, push-on joints and welded pipe joints
End Seals
MODEL ESW Wrap-Around Neoprene Rubber End Seal is designed for field installations where the carrier pipe was previously installed in the casing. The installation process involves wrapping the end seal around the carrier pipe and casing, then compressing the overlapped adhesive strips to form a seal. Installation is complete once the stainless steel banding straps are tightened to secure the end seal to the carrier and casing pipe. The end seal has excellent chemical resistance and retains flexibility on various pipe size combinations for single carrier and casing pipe applications.
MODEL ESC Seamless Neoprene End Seal is easily installed as the carrier pipe is pulled through the casing. The installation process is completed by securing
the end seal to the carrier and the casing pipe using the stainless steel banding straps provided. The end seal has excellent chemical resistance and retains flexibility on various pipe size combinations for single carrier and casing pipe applications.
