Boltaron® 1165/1165C FR PVC/Acrylic
Boltaron® 1165/1165C is a proprietary, fire retardant PVC/Acrylic sheet that is favorably priced against competitive general purpose, fire rated sheet. It is extruded using select resin, trim and regrind of high performance Boltaron sheet. As a result, it exhibits qualities that meet or exceed many general thermoforming and fabrication requirements, such as Izod impact resistance of 10 ft. lbs./in. (530 J/m), broad chemical resistance, extreme abrasion resistance and a UL 94 V-0 fire rating, while reducing cost.
Offered in black and dark gray colors in six surface textures, the sheet is offered in lengths to 120 in. (3048 mm), widths to 60 in. (1524 mm), thicknesses from .040 to .250 in. (1.02 to 6.35 mm) and in custom blank sizes. Boltaron 1165/1165C is readily thermoformed, yielding uniform wall thickness in deep recesses and sharp outside corners. It is also readily sawn, drilled, tapped, routed and otherwise machined using conventional tools, and can be brake formed (thinner gauges), heat welded, adhesive bonded and mechanically fastened, allowing rapid fabrication of a broad range of high-integrity parts and assemblies.

SIMONA® PVC-C Corzan Industrial Grade
PVC-C Corzan Industrial Grade CPVC Sheets (450 Series) - Chlorinated, normal impact PVC sheets with an excellent impact strength even by cold temperatures and a temperature range from -40°F to +203°F. They have an excellent chemical and corrosion resistance and are easily to fabricate, weld or machine.

CLEARFLO® - Clear Flexible PVC Tubing
CLEARFLO clear plastic tubing (Clear Vinyl PVC Tubing) is generally unaffected by most oxidizing and reducing agents. Diluted acids and alkalies have little effect, though if highly concentrated tend to make the tubing less pliable. If chemical resistance is of major concern, in-plant tests are suggested.
In clean applications, CLEARFLO's smooth surface prevents lodging of bacteria and sediment buildup. It is easily drained and flushed clean with most available cleaning and sanitizing agents. CLEARFLO may be autoclaved at 20 lbs. steam pressure for 15 minutes.

Hytrel® Lined PVC Tubing
Hytrel® Lined PVC Tubing is a co-extruded tubing designed to offer the flexibility and durability of PVC tubing with a liner of inert Hytrel. Hytrel made by DuPont, offers additional resistance to oils, high temperatures and gas permeability. A patented process molecularly bonds liner and cover to make a virtually inseparable product. This cost-saving co-extrusion permits HYTREL-LINED PVC to be substituted for all-Hytrel tubing in many applications. The Hytrel polyester liner offers internal resistance to chemical attack, abrasion and contamination, along with a high degree of resistivity to the adherence of particulates, making HYTREL-LINED PVC exceptionally suited for use in air sampling applications. HYTREL-LINED PVC TUBING's black PVC cover offers excellent resistance to abrasion and oils, as well as ultraviolet exposure. The pliable PVC also provides a degree of shock resistance and insulates the tubing from electronic interference. HYTREL-LINED PVC TUBING is made of FDA-sanctioned ingredients for use with food contact surfaces. The tubing is certified for CFR Title 21 Section 177.1550 and CFR Title 21 Section 177.2600. It may be subjected to ethylene oxide sterilization processes.

InteFoam® is an expanded PVC foam board with a matte finish. It is lightweight, durable, chemical resistance, fire retardant capabilities and available in a variety of colors in 3mm and 6mm, gauges ranging from 1mm to 25mm (1/32Â" to 63/64Â"). InteFoam® is an excellent substrate for point-of-purchase displays and signs, and is the substrate of choice for screen-printing and digital printing.
