Cutting Boards HDPE (Generic)
Cutting boards are made from premium HDPE sheet with a textured surface. Sanitary HDPE cutting boards are used in a wide of applications -- from home use to commercial food preparation, and food packing & handling equipment.
HDPE can be ordered in three standard sheet sizes:
- 48" x 96" sheets (gauge sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1")
- 48" x 120" sheets (gauge sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1")
- 60" x 120" sheets

Delrin® Tubes (Acetal H)
Delrin® tubes (acetal homopolymer) have many of the same characteristics of industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Some of Delrin's comparable properties include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin 150 natural, standard general purpose, unfilled acetal has the best impact toughness of all unfilled Delrin® formulations. This is the standard grade as supplied on this page.

The large majority of Delrin 100AF shapes commercially available today are actually blended down to a 13% PTFE known as Delrin AF Blend. For this reason, when customers require a full 20% PTFE filler, we ask that they request material as "Full-Strength Delrin 100AF". - Full-Strength Delrin 100AF is available as a Custom-Order Only, as no domestic extruders manufacture this grade as standard.

Delrin® AF Blend - 13% PTFE (Standard)
Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with13% PTFE [Standard Grade] ) Delrin AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material for use in moving parts in which low friction and long wear life are important. It is a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin.
- Delrin® AF Blend typically includes 13% PTFE Fibre-Filled
- LF-13 is always a 13% PTFE Powder-Filled.
- Also available in Full-Strength Delrin 100AF - 20% PTFE on a Custom Order Basis.
- DE588 is a Delrin® 100AF fully-certified for US Naval Specifications.

Typical properties include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is standard general purpose, unfilled acetal. This grade has the best impact toughness of all unfilled Delrin products.

DuraSurf™ ETA Tape - Adhesive-Backed
DuraSurf™ ETA (Easy To Apply) - Adhesive-Backed UHMW Tape offers the excellent abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, high impact strength and high performance people have come to expect from UHMW. By providing this exceptional material with an adhesive backing, installation time and costs are significantly reduced. No need for bolts or fasteners, no need to countersink.
Available in Seven Different Adhesive Types:
- FT 8345 SF (standard adhesive). This 5-mil rubber-based adhesive designed for applications requiring high tack and adhesion with excellent shear strength. Specially formulated with a 1-mil polyester carrier and sta-flat liner to provide excellent die cutting and adhesion to low surface energy substrates. Maximum operating temperature: 175°F (79°C) continuous, 200°F (93°C) intermittent.

Ertalyte® PET-P
Ertalyte® PET-P is an unreinforced, semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyester characterized as having the best dimensional stability coupled with excellent wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction, high strength, and resistance to moderately acidic solutions. Ertalyte® is capable of sustaining high loads and enduring wear conditions. Ertalyte® PET-P offers good chemical and abrasion resistance. Its low moisture absorption enables mechanical and electrical properties to remain virtually unaffected by moisture.
Also Consider Ertalyte TX - Ertalyte® TX is an internally lubricated version of PET-P, providing enhanced wear and inertness over general purpose nylons or acetals.

Fluorosint® MT-01
Fluorosint® MT-01 - Ultra-High Performance Fluorosint Grade For Stability At Elevated Temperature
Fluorosint MT-01 PTFE is an extreme grade developed specifically for applications where the benefits of PTFE-based materials also require strength, stiffness and stability. Fluorosint MT-01 PTFE delivers high mechanical performance at elevated temperature and as a result is often specified in seat, seal and wear applications where extreme conditions are present.

G-10 Non-Brominated
NEMA Grade G10 materials are continuous filament woven fiberglass sheets bonded
with epoxy resin. The material has the ability to maintain excellent mechanical, electrical,
and physical properties at elevated temperature to 130C. NEMA G-10 is a non-brominated,
non-flame retardant grade of glass epoxy laminate.
- Non-Brominated G-10 meets Mil-I-24768/2.
- Non-Brominated G-10 contains no halogens & is available as a Custom Order Only & is only rated as UL94-HB.

G-10/FR-4 Rods
G-10/FR-4 Rods (G10 Rods) are produced from woven glass fabric epoxy laminate sheets which are cut, turned & precision-ground into into rods. Engineered to provide NEMA grade FR-4 properties. This material contains bromine on the epoxy resin backbone. G-10/FR-4 material meets the standard specifications of G-10, but is also UL94V-0, (thus named G-10/FR4). All standard G-10 sold by Professional Plastics is supplied in the premium version of G-10/FR-4 which meets Mil-I-24768/27.
For Non-Brominated G-10, call customer service & specify "G-10, Non-Brominated to meet Mil-I-24768/2.
- Non-Brominated G-10 contains no halogens & is available as a Custom Order Only & is only rated as UL94-HB.

G-10/FR-4 Sheets
G-10/FR-4 is a thermosetting industrial laminate consisting of a continuous filament glass cloth material with an epoxy resin binder. It has characteristics of high strength, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance not only at room temperature but also under humid or moist conditions.

G-3 (NP-504) Glass-Phenolic Laminate
G-3 Glass-Phenolic Laminate (aka Micarta NP-504) - This woven glass fabric with high-temperature phenolic resin has excellent flexular, compressive, and impact strengths. G-3 can be used for seals, acid-resistant gaskets, oven internals, and various structural applications.

GPO-3 Sheets
GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets, also known as "Red Barrier Board" in construction applications. GPO-3 laminate performs well in electrical applications that require high arc and carbon track resistance as well as flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. GPO-3 laminate is used extensively in the making of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear and other types of electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is a UL recognized product with a temperature index of 120 degrees celsius electrical and 140 degrees celsius mechanical, and is molded in thicknesses of 1/32" (.031") to 2.00" thick. GPO-3 is produced in Standard Color RED, or specialty colors Black, and White. and is molded in thicknesses of 1/32" (.031") to 2.00" thick.

HDPE Sheets
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) (AS EXTRUDED) offers excellent impact resistance, light weight, low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength. HDPE is also non-toxic and non-staining and meets FDA and USDA certification for food processing.

Hydex® 4101 PBT
Hydex® 4101 offers excellent mechanical properties combined with good chemical resistance. PBT-P has good impact resistance and toughness, low coefficient of friction & wear, and does not need lubrication. It also is resistant to chemicals, chlorine, water, and steam.
Hydex® 4101L is an internally-lubricated version designed for use in higher wear resistance, PV range, and lower coefficient of friction applications.

Inconel® 718
Inconel® 718 is a precipitation hardenable nickel-based alloy designed to display exceptionally high yield, tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1300°F (704°C). The age-hardening response of Inconel® 718 permits annealing and welding without spontaneous hardening during heating and cooling. Nickel Alloy 718 has excellent weldability when compared to the nickel-base super alloys hardened by aluminum and titanium. Nickel Alloy 718 is used in aircraft engine parts and high-speed airframe parts such as wheels, buckets, spacers, and high temperature bolts and fasteners.

Inconel 718® is available in a variety of forms, including:

Nickel alloy Inconel 718® is usually provided in the solution annealed condition (AMS 5662 & AMS 5596), but can be also be supplied in the aged hardened or precipitation heat treated condition (AMS 5663 & AMS 5597) prior to forming.
Inconel 718® strip is available from .001" to .063" in 12" wide coils. 24" wide strip is available in some gauges. Minimum production quantities may apply.
- Inconel 718® sheet is available from .012 - .156" thickness in 36" & 48" wide sheets.
- Inconel 718® plate is available from .1875" thick to 4"
- Inconel 718® tube is available in seamless and welded construction.
Standard tube sizes are available, but we also can have small diameter tubes fabricated or re-drawn with close tolerances in small production runs.
