In-house analysis of the inner surface of Tygon® Sanitary Silicone Tubing compared to other silicone tubing shows that it is up to three times smoother. Additionally, this smoother fluid path facilitates complete system cleaning and sterilization.
Utilizing a platinum-curing process, Tygon® Sanitary Silicone Tubing eliminates the concern of extraction often encountered when alternative curing methods are used. It has also been fully characterized using the ISO 10993 standards, reducing user cost and time associated with process validation.

Performance formulated for on-the-job reliability, Tygon® A-60-G handles temperatures from -75°F (-60°C) to 275°F (135°C), allowing the use of one material with a broad range of temperatures. It is heat sealable and can be joined without fittings. It also has excellent resistance to inorganic (acids and bases) fluids.
With its outstanding flexural fatigue resistance and high temperature capability, Tygon® A-60-G Industrial Grade Tubing outlasts and outperforms virtually all other general service tubings in peristaltic and vacuum pump applications.

The outer jacket of Tygon Chemical Tubing is extremely flexible, expanding the pump life of the tubing and reducing downtime due to pump tubing failure.

Pumpable Tubing for Food & Beverage Dispensing - Soft and flexible, new Tygon® E-1000 Non-DEHP Laboratory Tubing delivers the same superior performance you have come to expect from Tygon® tubing but now in a formulation that contains non-DEHP [Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate] plasticizers. The new Tygon® E-1000 Non-DEHP Laboratory Tubing has been tested rigorously to ensure that it meets the same physical standards, including low temperature and corrosive chemical resistance as the old Tygon® R-1000 tubing. Tygon® Ultra-Soft Tubing resists twisting and collapse, which are common problems when using other tubing products. Tygon® E-1000 tubing stays flexible at temperature as low as -67° F (-55° C). The extremely low durometer is ideal when using low-torque or battery-driven peristaltic pumps. Tygon® Ultra-Soft Tubing will typically outlast silicone tubing in peristaltic pump applications by a margin of 2 to 1.

Tygon® E-3603 Tubing
Tygon® E-3603 non-DEHP Laboratory and Vacuum Tubing delivers the same superior performance you've come to expect from Tygon® products — but now in a formulation that contains a widely accepted substitute for DEHP plasticizer. Tygon® E-3603 laboratory tubing is specially formulated for resistance to flex fatigue and abrasion, handles virtually all inorganic chemicals found in the lab, and is less permeable than rubber tubing. The glassy-smooth inner bore helps prevent buildup to facilitate cleaning.
