Rulon® 641
Rulon® 641 is manufactured from FDA compliant materials which possess excellent load and wear characteristics.
It offers excellent, continuous non-lubricated service up to 10,000 PV - higher for intermittent service. While the load capacity of Rulon 641 is generally limited to 1,000 psi at room temperature, deformation is a function of wall thickness, temperature, and load.
Its compatibility with a wide array of mating surfaces, including mild steel, 303 and 316 stainless steels, as well as harder materials, make it a good choice for most food and pharmaceutical bearing applications.

Rulon® J (Gold)
Rulon® J is an all-polymeric reinforced, dull gold colored PTFE compound that operates exceptionally well against soft mating surfaces such as 316 stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, brass and other plastics. The unique "shaft friendly" material is also low in friction and wear and is self lubricating.
Rulon® J has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of most reinforced PTFE materials. This makes it ideally suited for start/stop applications where stick-slip must be eliminated. The tribological properties of this material also make it suitable for both bearing and wear component applications.

HDPE Seaboard® marine sheet is a high density polyethylene sheet formulated to meet the specific requirements of marine and other outdoor environments. In addition, special post-production treatment enhances its ability to withstand the effects of salt water, moisture and direct sunlight. CPG Seaboard® is manufactured as a continuous extrusion. It is not press laminated. Thus, it is unconditionally guaranteed not to delaminate during the service life of the end-product.

The construction of SILBRADE enables silicone tubing to handle increased pressure applications. SILBRADE offers outstanding resistance to temperature extremes and is made from FDA-sanctioned ingredients. The flexible design and construction of SILBRADE allows excellent bend radii and permits installation in restricted spaces without impeding flow. SILBRADE, a peroxide-cured product, contains no sulphur or other acid-producing chemicals thereby eliminating the possibility of staining, corroding, or deteriorating other materials it contacts. It is also resistant to ozone and U.V. over long time periods.
Care is recommended in the selection of fittings and clamps, as sharp barbed fittings or unlined metal clamps could tear into the hose wall and possibly cause a failure, especially at elevated pressures.
- SILBRADE is not recommended for implantable or in-body uses or for continuous steam applications.
SILBRADE may be low pressure steam sterilized in-line or autoclaved at up to 250°F in a normal autoclaving cycle. However, if exposed to repeated steam sterilization or long-term high temperature or pressure, silicone will eventually relax and become gummy. It should then be replaced

Stainless Steel 17-4PH
17-4PH Stainless Steel 17-4 Precipitation Hardening also known as Type 630 is a chromium-copper precipitation hardening stainless steel used for applications requiring high strength and a moderate level of corrosion resistance. High strength is maintained to approximately 600 degrees Fahrenheit (316 degrees Celsius).
General Properties
Alloy 17-4 PH is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel with Cu and Nb/Cb additions. The grade combines high strength, hardness (up to 572°F / 300°C), and corrosion resistance.
Mechanical properties can be optimized with heat treatment. Very high yield strength up to 1100-1300 MPa (160-190 ksi) can be achieved.
The grade should not be used at temperatures above 572°F (300°C) or at very low temperatures. It has adequate resistance to atmospheric corrosion or in diluted acids or salts where its corrosion resistance is equivalent to Alloy 304 or 430.

Two way mirrors look like a mirror from one side and a window from the other side when correctly lit. You can only see through the mirror when the area you are looking from is darker then the area you are looking into. Works best when there is no light on the viewing side. When the light is equal on both sides it appears as a mirror but you can also see through to the other side.
1/8 " (.125") or 1/4" (.250") Mirror-Grade Acrylic or polycarbonate is coated with a 2-way Mirror Finish. Looks like a Mirror from the lighted side and a Window from the side with little or no light. Perfect for surveillance for a Show Room or Store from an Office. Can be used to hide surveillance cameras to monitor store activity. Used in Many Non-Security Related Crafts.
Note: Because acrylic and polycarbonate are flexible, we recommend the .250" thick for mirrors larger than 24" x 48" in size.

TYGON® 2475 high-purity tubing is a plasticizer-free tubing that utilizes the latest in polymer technology to provide an entirely clear and flexible tubing choice for sensitive fluid transfer applications. TYGON® 2475 is hydrophobic and will resist the absorption/adsorption of aqueous fluids. This reduction in sorption minimizes the risk of fluid alteration in single- or repeat-use applications. The smooth inner surface of TYGON® 2475 inhibits particulate entrapment on the tubing wall and reduces the potential for bacterial growth and contamination.
