Mil-P-5425 Sheet (aka Heat-resistant Acrylite GMS and Polycast Poly II) is certified to meet or exceed Military Specification MIL-P-5425E. CAB Tubing combines optical clarity and scuff and impact resistance with ease of fabrication. It can be easily cut, bonded with cement and printed. TPI's CAB is UL rated. CAB tubing is ideal in any length for storage, packaging and shipping. Tubes are transparent and rigid with excellent dimensional stability and rigid with excellent dimensional stability and high impact strength. They are strong, durable and easy to fabricate. It can be cut and sawed with standard equipment and is ideally suited for plastic packaging and tubing, especially for scientific products. CAB Sheet is used for high gloss vacuum formed faces in back lighted signs, especially small point of purchase signs. CAB Sheet is a highly impact-resistant plastic used for thermoforming a variety of OEM products for various applications. It qualifies as a Type I, Grade I material for Fabricating and Forming per ASTM D2411-69. Combining long-term weather resistance with clarity and ease of forming at a wide range of temperatures. It is adaptable to most conventional methods of heating and forming. It will form satisfactorily at temperatures ranging from about 230°F to about 320°F. It heats and cools considerably faster than most other plastic sheet used for forming outdoor components.

Celtec Displayboard is a foamed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet whose extraordinary combination of features makes it ideal for signage, exhibits, store displays, POP, Kiosks, screen printing and more.
The surface is a smooth matte finish that makes it ideal to paint or laminate to secondary substrates. Celtec also has good screw and staple retention which makes it ideal for stage prop design, cabinetry and other wood replacement projects.
Sheets are tough, high-strength and lightweight, and can be ordered in a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and colors. Celtec sheets are free of lead, cadmium, barium and zinc. . .and have passed all three UL 1975 requirements*.
Celtec is recommended for industrial and commercial signage. It readily accepts virtually any form of graphic overlay (print, paint and photo mounting). Celtec is also easy to cut and shape, making it a strong choice for three-dimensional exhibits, displays and stage sets.

Chemours® PTFE 7A
Chemours® PTFE 7A Sheets, Rods and Tubes are made from a white powder with very small particle size. Its most unique feature is high bulk density. The small particle size of Chemours® PTFE 7A helps to minimize voids even at relatively low molding pressure. High bulk density increases the size of moldings possible from a given mold or press opening.
Chemours® PTFE 7A is preferred for large moldings, such as billets, requiring optimum mechanical and electrical properties. It is also used in a mixture with fillers when they are added to modify the mechanical properties of moldings.
Properly processed products made from neat Chemours® PTFE 7A provide the superior properties
typical of the fluoropolymer resins: retention of properties after service at 260°C (500°F), useful
properties at —240°C (—400°F), chemical inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents, and low friction and antistick surfaces. Dielectric properties are outstanding and stable with frequency and temperature. Molded products have moderate stiffness and high ultimate elongation.
In a flame situation, products of Chemours® PTFE 7A resist ignition and do not themselves promote flame
spread. When ignited by flame from other sources, their contribution of heat is small and with very
little smoke.

CLEARFLO® - Clear Flexible PVC Tubing
CLEARFLO clear plastic tubing (Clear Vinyl PVC Tubing) is generally unaffected by most oxidizing and reducing agents. Diluted acids and alkalies have little effect, though if highly concentrated tend to make the tubing less pliable. If chemical resistance is of major concern, in-plant tests are suggested.
In clean applications, CLEARFLO's smooth surface prevents lodging of bacteria and sediment buildup. It is easily drained and flushed clean with most available cleaning and sanitizing agents. CLEARFLO may be autoclaved at 20 lbs. steam pressure for 15 minutes.

CPVC Pipe - For Superior Corrosion Resistance in High Temperature Applications
Harvel CPVC pipe is produced from a specialty blend of Corzan® CPVC material with unique physical properties desirable for piping applications (i.e., improved impact resistance and good fire resistance capabilities). The CPVC product line includes schedules 40 and 80 piping from 1/4" through 16" diameters. Harvel CPVC piping systems can handle more than three-fourths of the temperature/pressure requirements of today's typical process plants. CPVC pressure pipe has an upper working temperature limit of 200°F (93°C), or approximately 60°F (15°C) above that of Type I Grade I PVC. As with all thermoplastic piping systems, CPVC's ability to withstand pressure varies with pipe diameter, wall thickness, and temperature. For pressure piping applications it is recommended for temperatures as high as 200°F (93°C) when appropriate temperature de-rating factors are applied. As the pipe diameter and temperature increases, the pressure rating of the product decreases. For example, 1/2" Schedule 80 CPVC pipe is engineered for continuous service of 850 psi @ 73°F (23°C). The same pipe in service @ 180°F (82°C) carries a maximum working pressure rating of 210 psi at this temperature. 6" Schedule 80 CPVC pipe is designed for 270 psi @ 73°F, and 54 psi @ 200°F.

CPVC shares most of the features and properties of its close relative, PVC. It is also readily workable, including machining, welding, and forming. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, CPVC is ideally suited for self-supporting constructions where temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) are present. The ability to bend, shape, and weld CPVC enables its use in a wide variety of process applications including tanks, scrubbers, and ventilation systems. It exhibits excellent fire resistance, chemical resistance, and is readily available in sheets, rods, and tubing.
