Tygon® ND 100-65 Medical Tubing
Tygon ND-100-65, one of the medical industry's first non-DEHP tubing offerings, has been formulated specifically to meet the demanding challenges of applications such as dialysis, chemotherapy drug delivery and minimally invasive surgeries. Tygon ND-100-65 is a DEHP-free replacement for Tygon S-50-HL Medical Tubing.
Characteristics:
From open heart surgery to dialysis, ND 100-65 tubing has been specially formulated for medical
device manufacturers that require a non-DEHP plasticized material. ND 100-65 sets the new
standard for performance and durability in blood contact applications.
Based upon a unique chemistry developed by Saint-Gobain, TYGON ND Series tubing was formulated
to be Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemical substances (REACH)
compliant for DEHP. To ensure compliance, every individual compound lot is tested to ensure
DEHP levels are <1000 ppm. During the extrusion process, individual product dimensions are
maintained and monitored through in-line micrometers and off-line verification with
computerized imaging equipment.
Consistent with many medical tubing requirements, ND-100-65 material can be effectively
bonded/welded using the following methods: heat, electronic (RF)/ultrasonic, solvent and adhesive.
Factors to be considered when selecting the components include: security of the bond required,
effect on the integrity of the materials to be joined and presence of residues or
extractables that may affect biocompatibility. When bonding procedures are not used,
mechanical clamps are recommended to provide secure attachment.
Biocompatibility
TYGON ND 100-65 is made from a biocompatible non-DEHP polymer material developed
specifically for blood contact medical device needs. It meets USP Class VI, ISO 10993, European
Pharmacopoeia 3.1.1.2 and European REACH requirements. It is also non-hemolytic and
non-pyrogenic.

WinPro™ Window Grade Polycarbonate - Gray Tint
WinPro™ Gray Tint is a window grade polycarbonate sheet made from optical grade polycarbonate resin. It is ideal for use in a variety of applications, ranging from containment to fabricated parts. This newly developed polycarbonate sheet products extends the thickness range offered from standard extruded polycarbonate glazing sheets. While other non-laminated glazing grades are produced with a maximum thickness of .500", WinPro™ PC1000 sheet range in thickness from .750" thick up to 2" thick. This high-grade polycarbonate sheet offers extremely high impact strength and high modulus of elasticity. Typical applications include sight windows for tanks/vessels, viewport windows, medical parts and some military parts. The sheet features excellent clarity, dimensional stability and good dielectric properties. It offers excellent thermal performance and is fabrication friendly.
WinPro™ PC1000 demonstrates low levels of black specks or other impurities, and is UV stable. It's superior toughness combined with its clarity and excellent dimensional stability, makes it the product of choice in many demanding applications.

Acrylics (Polymethyl-Methacrylate) is an amorphous thermoplastic which is optically transparent, unaffected by moisture, and offers a high strength-to-weight ratio. Common trade names of acrylic include Plexiglas®, Lucite®, and Acrylite®.
These acrylic balls offer high light transmittance with a Refractive Index of 1.49 and can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Prolonged exposure to moisture, or even total immersion in water, does not significantly effect the mechanical or optical properties of our acrylic balls. These acrylic balls have been UV stabilized for good weatherability and resistance prolonged sunlight exposure. Acrylic balls are unaffected by aqueous solutions of most laboratory chemicals, by detergents, cleaners, dilute inorganic acids, alkalis, and aliphatic hydrocarbons -- however, acrylics are NOT recommended for use with chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, or ketones.

Tested with top brands of dry-erase markers
Several brands of dry erase markers were tested on ACRYLITE® Marker Boards and left to dry for 15 weeks.
All were easily removed with light pressure. The following brands performed well and completely wiped away

Acrylite® OP-2 sheet (CAST) is weatherable, offers superior light transmission, and filters out 98% of damaging ultraviolet rays. Guaranteed defect free, this CELL CAST SHEET is easily fabricated. Edges can be mitered and cemented for strong nearly invisible joints. It can be thermoformed, cold-formed, screen printed and painted. ACRYLITE OP-2 sheet is used extensively for museum vitrines and for framing very large pieces of art. This product is also available with an abrasion and chemical resistant coating, ACRYLITE GAR OP-2 sheet, to minimize marring caused by public contact and frequent cleaning. Coating is available on two sides or one for economical savings.
ACRYLITE OP-2 sheet is an ultraviolet filtering grade of acrylic sheet. Because it filters 98% of the harmful ultraviolet light portion of sunlight, it is used for display cases and protective glazing, primarily by museums, galleries and private collectors.

ACRYLITE GP acrylic plastic sheet is a cell-cast acrylic sheet. It comes in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses and is available as colorless sheet as well as in a variety of transparent, translucent and opaque colors. Acrylite GP acrylic plastic sheet is used in many applications: signs, POP and store displays, toys, picture frames, medical and surgical applications, lighting diffusers and glazing, also an endless list of decorative and industrial uses.
ACRYLITE OP-1 acrylic sheet is similar to ACRYLITE GP sheet, but transmits more ultraviolet light. It is useful where a broader spectrum of sunlight transmission is desired than is possible with ACRYLITE GP sheet. Due to those qualities there are many scientific applications for which ACRYLITE OP-1 sheet is suited.
