SG-200 Dogbone Profile
SG-200 GLASROD® solid rod and bar products are fiberglass-reinforced thermoset polyester shapes which exhibit properties desirable for a wide range of structural and electrical applications. The superior strength provided by the continuous filament fiberglass roving is complemented by the physical and electrical characteristics contributed by the thermoset polyester resins. Together they provide the right combination of properties to offer significant price and performance advantages over alternative materials.
- Grade SG-200 is the highest temperature grade, rated for 210°C/210°C service.

FRP Wall & Ceiling Panels & Profiles
FRP Panels (fiberglass reinforced plastic) FRP wall and celiling panels are available from Professional Plastics. We are a distributor of Sequentia brand FRP & can cross-reference other brands if necessary (click here to view FRP Cross Reference Chart) Structoglas FRP, is an easy-to-clean wall and ceiling panel made of fiberglass reinforced plastic. Structoglas will not rot, corrode, stain, dent, peel, or splinter in the toughest conditions. Structoglas panels install as easily as common wall board on solid substrates. Structoglas is available in different colors and finishes, and can be cut and drilled for easy installation. Accessories such as moldings and rivets are also available to complete the installation.
Class A Fire Rated Embossed
Structoglas FRFR -
Many building codes require that interior finish products meet a Class A, B, or C fire rating. This is defined by flame spread and smoke development and the test results determine how the product is rated. The lower the flame spread and smoke development, the higher the rating.
Structoglas FRFR (Class A fire rating) is accepted by all major building codes for use where fire ratings require a Class A rating - per the ASTM E-84 test method.

UHMW Angle - Thanks to its extremely low coefficient of friction (0.14), UHMW easily outperforms steel in sliding applications. Its inherent lubricity minimizes the heat-generating friction, which gradually destroys steel parts, and ensures smooth, noiseless operation. UHMW also withstands sand, grit, and corrosion at sub-zero temperatures.
Not only does the plastic withstand the constant abrasive friction of the vehicle's traction drive belt high-speed drive chain, it must perform in an extremely harsh environment. GPO-3 Angle
GPO-3 Angle is available in equal leg angle, and unequal leg angle. GPO-3 performs well in electrical applications that require high arc and carbon track resistance as well as flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. Grade GPO-3 laminate is used extensively in the making of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear and other types of electrical apparatus. Grade GPO-3 s a UL recognized product with a temperature index of 120 degrees celsius electrical and 140 degrees celsius mechanical. In addition to outstanding electrical properties, these GPO3 angles have a high strength-to-weight ratio, and are UL Recognized and flame, arc and track resistant.

Polycarbonate U-Channel

PVC Rod - White, Black & Colors
PVC Rod, Type I, White and Solid Colors -as manufactured by Gehr Plastics, offers the most economical solution when chemical resistance, self-extinguishing characteristics and good overall physical properties are required at continuous use temperatures under 155° degrees F. Geon compounds are extruded by Gehr, as well as Gehr's own PVC Type I compound. Geon PVC type I compound is an NSF approved material and UL Bulletin 94, VO rated, and is used for PVC profiles and rod extrusions from 1/4" through 6" diameter. PVC Type I rod is available through Professional Plastics.
Colors: Red, Black, White, Medium Dark Blue, Light Blue, Green, Purple, Orange, Yellow and Hot Pink in all standard diameters from 1/4" through 6" diameter.
Standard Lengths: 10 foot for 1/4" thru 2.00" (over 2.00" diameter is available only in 5' foot lengths)
- For shipping purposes, rods will be cut in-half to reduce freight costs. (unless otherwise specificied)
