AC-350 ESd Acrylic Sheet (Bending Grade)
AC-350 Acrylic (Bending Grade) - Static Dissipative Plastic AC-350™ Acrylic is a plastic sheet product that controls static electricity in many applications, including bent and contoured equipment covers, enclosures, and panels. It is a premium quality acrylic sheet coated with SciCron Technologies clear, C-350™ static dissipative coating which prevents charge generation on the sheet surfaces. This controls particulate attraction and prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) events completely independent of humidity. AC-350 Acrylic fabricates simply, is light in weight and is available in large sheet sizes. It has excellent optical properties and chemical resistance, and superior bending properties.

Acetal Sheets & Acetal Rods (Copolymer)
Acetal Sheets and Acetal Rods (aka POM) acetal copolymer plastic sheets and acetal rods provide high strength and stiffness coupled with enhanced dimensional stability and ease of machining. Acetal Rods and Acetal Sheets are also characterized by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties especially in wet environments. Because of its high strength, modulus, and resistance to impact and fatigue, Acetal is used as a weight-saving metal replacement. Acetal copolymer overcomes the common problem of centerline porosity in large shapes of Acetal Homopolymer (aka Delrin)
- Acetal Copolymer is preferred to Delrin® in high-pressure applications where centerline porosity is a concern.

Acrylic Rods - Cast Plexiglass Rod - CLEAR
Plexiglass Cast acrylic rods offer excellent clarify & machining characteristics when compared to extruded rods. This material offers good chemical-resistance & is FDA approved for food contact.
Acrylic offers high light transmittance and can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Prolonged exposure to moisture, or even total immersion in water, does not significantly effect the mechanical or optical properties of this outstanding economical and multi-purpose material.

Acrylite® GP P95 Patterned Sheet
Acrylite® GP P95 (aka Acrylic P95) is patterned on one side of the sheet. This added texture provides decorative effects and diffuses annoying surface reflections. The matte finish is available on one side only. Professional Plastics preferred brand is Acrylite® P95. ACRYLITE GP P-95 sheet offers transparent clarity when in direct contact with objects. Ideal for signs and displays, its one-sided matte finish reduces reflected light. This cell cast sheet comes in colorless, translucent, and custom colors. This products is also available in "Black/White" Acrylite GP P-95 which appears dark by day and, with a little backlighting, it glows white at night. This GP P-95 is manufactured from a special pigment formulation that yields 10-19% light transmittance when backlit, but appears dark and opaque without backlighting.

Buffing Compound - for polishing plastic

Celtec® Expanded PVC Sheet - Rigid Foam PVC
Celtec Displayboard is a foamed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet whose extraordinary combination of features makes it ideal for signage, exhibits, store displays, POP, Kiosks, screen printing and more.
The surface is a smooth matte finish that makes it ideal to paint or laminate to secondary substrates. Celtec also has good screw and staple retention which makes it ideal for stage prop design, cabinetry and other wood replacement projects.
Sheets are tough, high-strength and lightweight, and can be ordered in a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and colors. Celtec sheets are free of lead, cadmium, barium and zinc. . .and have passed all three UL 1975 requirements*.
Celtec is recommended for industrial and commercial signage. It readily accepts virtually any form of graphic overlay (print, paint and photo mounting). Celtec is also easy to cut and shape, making it a strong choice for three-dimensional exhibits, displays and stage sets.

Chemours® NXT 75 exhibits the superior properties typical of the fluoropolymer resins: nonaging characteristics, chemical inertness, heat resistance, toughness and flexibility, low coefficient of friction, nonstick characteristics, negligible moisture absorption, and weather resistance.
In addition, this resin offers weldability, improved resistance to deformation under load, increased resistance to permeation of chemicals, and a higher dielectric breakdown voltage. This resin provides a high degree of weldability for applications where the use of elevated pressure and temperature are limited.
Chemours® NXT 75 is a fine-cut resin designed for general compression molding of blocks and sheets and for use as a base resin for compounds. It can be used for such applications as: seal rings, valve seats, bearing pads, linings, encapsulations, and as a base resin for filled compounds. This resin is particularly useful in applications where welding of parts to other fluoropolymers such as PFA or standard PTFE is required, e.g., fluid-handling systems.

Coroplast® - Fluted Polypropylene Sheet
Coroplast is a high-quality polypropylene twinwall profile sheet formulated for use in the screen printing, display, and packaging markets. Coroplast uses a copolymer resin in order to increase impact and low temperature performance. Coroplast sheets retain the ability to be flexed an unlimited number of times without breaking. CPVC Sheet - CPVC Rod - Gray
CPVC shares most of the features and properties of its close relative, PVC. It is also readily workable, including machining, welding, and forming. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, CPVC is ideally suited for self-supporting constructions where temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) are present. The ability to bend, shape, and weld CPVC enables its use in a wide variety of process applications including tanks, scrubbers, and ventilation systems. It exhibits excellent fire resistance, chemical resistance, and is readily available in sheets, rods, and tubing.

Delrin® Sheet & Rod (Acetal Homopolymer)
DELRIN® Sheets and Delrin Rods have many of the same characteristics of industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc & stainless steel. Delrin plastic is a homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical properties include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is standard general purpose, unfilled acetal. This grade has the best impact toughness of all unfilled Delrin products.

Surgical Masks (Face Masks) - Per CDC Guidelines: A surgical mask is a loose-fitting, disposable face mask device that creates a physical barrier between the mouth and nose of the wearer and potential contaminants in the immediate environment. Surgical masks are regulated under 21 CFR 878.4040. Surgical face masks are not to be shared and may be labeled as surgical, isolation, dental, or medical procedure masks. They may come with or without a face shield. These are often referred to as disposable face masks, although not all face masks are regulated as surgical masks. Surgical masks are made in different thicknesses and with different ability to protect you from contact with liquids. These properties may also affect how easily you can breathe through the face mask and how well the surgical mask protects you.
If worn properly, a surgical face mask is meant to help block large-particle droplets, splashes, sprays, or splatter that may contain germs (viruses and bacteria), keeping it from reaching your mouth and nose. Surgical face masks may also help reduce exposure of your saliva and respiratory secretions to others.
While a surgical face mask may be effective in blocking splashes and large-particle droplets, a face mask, by design, does not filter or block very small particles in the air that may be transmitted by coughs, sneezes, or certain medical procedures. Surgical masks also do not provide complete protection from germs and other contaminants because of the loose fit between the surface of the face mask and your face.
Surgical face masks are not intended to be used more than once. If your face mask is damaged or soiled, or if breathing through the mask becomes difficult, you should remove the face mask, discard it safely, and replace it with a new one. To safely discard your face mask, place it in a plastic bag and put it in the trash. Wash your hands after handling the used mask.
