Tivar® 1000 EC - Conductive UHMW

Its high tensile strength and wear resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, steel and agricultural industries. Composed of virgin polymer and premium additives, TIVAR® Ceram P® is a shatter-resistant alternative to sintered ceramics, reducing parts wear and machine maintenance downtime.
Easily recognizable by the lime-green color, TIVAR® Ceram P® is available in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/16" to 2". It is also available in gauge sizes 3/4" to 3" in 20' lengths.

Tivar® CleanStat®
TIVAR® CleanStat® can cut downtime and fine build-up in a variety of applications. It eliminates static build-up problems, meets FDA and USDA guidelines for food contact and exhibits a longer wearing, lower coefficient of friction sliding surface than stainless steel.
TIVAR CleanStat can be easily fabricated into components and replacement parts that reduce noise levels in plants and require less frequent cleaning. Its welded design capabilities result in seamless welded components.
TIVAR CleanStat is available in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/4" to 3". It is also available in specific tube and rod sizes and custom fabricated parts.

Tivar® DockGuard
TIVAR® DockGuard provides dock fender facing that outlasts other materials such as wood, rubber, urethane or high density polyethylene. The ideal material for marine fender systems, TIVAR® DockGuard allows vessels to glide easily along its surface without marring hulls. Impervious to marine bore worms, TIVAR® DockGuard also sheds mussels and barnacles. Outwearing hardened steel, it cuts hourglass wear on pilings, and withstands salt, fuel and chemical spills.
Even after 10 years in corrosive salt water, sunlight or extremely cold weather, TIVAR® DockGuard fender facings and wearstrips are top-notch performers.
TIVAR® DockGuard is available in black and bright safety colors for better low-light visibility in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 3/4" to 6".

Tivar® DrySlide UHMW
Tivar® DrySlide UHMW Sheet - Modified with special dry lubricants, Tivar® DrySlide has the lowest coefficient of friction of any of the Tivar®products.
The enhanced coefficient of friction and anti-static properties make Tivar® DrySlide an excellent performer in dusty environments. Even damp boxes or parcels covered in shrink-wrap won't stick to Tivar® DrySlide. In addition, the enhanced surface lubricity won't mar packaging or products, but allow them to move freely without jamming from dirt, grit or static build-up. Tivar® DrySlide is and available in 48" x 120" sheets, with gauge sizes ranging from 1/4" to 2".

Tivar® DS
Tivar® DS is a modified PE-UHMW with extremely high molecular weight. The latter in combination with a particular manufacturing process results in a PE-UHMW grade with superior wear and abrasion resistance over Tivar® 1000. Tivar® DS Yellow and Grey (plates) are available as "Food Grades".
- TIVAR® DS is composed of virgin polymer and other additives to exhibit higher intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight.

Tivar® H.O.T.
Tivar® H.O.T. (High Operating Temperature) is formulated to maintain key performance properties in an extended temperature range, Tivar® H.O.T.* will excel in a variety of industrial manufacturing environments where temperatures range up to 275° F, nearly 100° higher than competing UHMW-PE formulations. Tivar® H.O.T. reduces the oxidization rate of the material at higher temperatures thereby slowing material degradation and extending wear-life in chemical, elevated temperature and thermo-cycling environments.
- In many applications, Tivar® H.O.T. will last up to 10 times longer in higher temperature environments & has excellent wear & release characteristics
TIivar® H.O.T. is also a great material for use in conveyor systems or other equipment that is frequently exposed to chemical washdowns in such industries as poultry/meat processing and packaging. It can be also be used in applications ranging from wearstrips for spiral conveyors in the baking industry to drag conveyor flights for moving bulk materials (corn) in grain elevators, or wearstrips for conveyor dryers in drying and dehydrating systems.
TIivar® H.O.T. is Brite White and available in the following standard sizes: 48" x 120" (1220mm x 3050mm) sheets with gauges ranging from 1/16" (1.5mm) to 6.0" (152mm) and 48" x 240" sheets with gauges ranging from 3/4" to 3". Other sizes are available on request. It can also be extruded in a variety of standard and custom profiles. Extruded Rods sizes typically have a Minimum Order Quantity. Tivar® HPV
Tivar HPV for wear components that are subject to challenging production environments including high speeds, high temperatures, high loads and aggressive cleaning agents. Tivar HPV is an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) that is Food-Contact compliant and available as semi-finished material and custom-machined parts. The material is suitable for all touch points in a conveyor system where friction and wear appears, such as chain guides, sliding strips and guides, rollers, single and multiple corner wear bends and straight guides. Longer productive cycles between maintenance, shorter downtimes and your systems run

Tivar® Oil Filled UHMW-PE
Tivar® Oil Filled is the material of choice for packaging, bottling, and food processing and handling applications requiring FDA and USDA compliance.
This advanced product uses oil filled polymers to lubricate mating surfaces with a dynamic coefficient of friction formula of less than 0.14. With Tivar® Oil Filled, conveyors operate more effectively, without the effort and added expense of unnecessary lubrication. On Tivar® Oil Filled guides, sprockets and conveyor components, chains move easily with less tension, stretching or binding.
Tivar® Oil Filled comes in either a dark brown or gray color and is available in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/8" to 2". It is also manufactured in rod, molded parts and some profiles.

Torlon® 4203 Rod - Sheet
Torlon® 4203 Rods - Torlon 4203 Sheets. Torlon polyamide-imide offers excellent compressive strength and the highest elongation of the Torlon® grades. It also provides electrical insulation and exceptional impact strength. This Torlon grade is commonly used for IC Test Sockets & Handlers, as well as, electrical connectors and insulators due to its high dielectric strength. Its ability to carry high loads over a broad temperature range makes it good for structural components such as linkages and seal rings. Torlon® 4301 Rod - Sheet
Torlon® 4301 Sheets & Rods exhibit excellent wear resistance in bearing grades and is able to endure harsh thermal, chemical and stress conditions. Due to its versatile performance capabilities and proven use in a broad range of applications, Torlon 4301 is a reliable choice.
The addition of PTFE and graphite provides higher wear resistance and lower coefficient of friction compared to the unfilled grade. ULTEM™ 2300 - 30% Glass-Filled
ULTEM™ 2300 PEI is an extruded 30% glass reinforced polyetherimide. It is an amorphous, high-performance polymer with exceptional flame and heat resistance. It performs continuously to 340°F (171°C), making it ideal for high strength/high heat applications, and those requiring consistent dielectric properties over a wide frequency range. It is hydrolysis resistant, highly resistant to acidic solutions and capable of withstanding multiple autoclaving cycles.
ULTEM™ 2300 provides greater rigidity and improved dimensional stability while maintaining many of the useful characteristics of unfilled ULTEM™. ULTEM™ is commonly machined into parts for reusable medical devices, analytical instrumentation, electrical/electronic insulators, and a variety of structural components requiring high strength and rigidity at elevated temperatures.
