Meldin® 7001 Stäbe, Platten und Teile bieten überlegene mechanische Eigenschaften und eine hohe chemische Beständigkeit. Meldin Polyimid ist ideal für elektrische und thermische Isolieranwendungen. Meldin® 7001 ist duktiler als Keramik und leichter als Metalle und somit eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Strukturteile in der Luft- und Raumfahrt und anderen Anwendungen, bei denen ein Metallersatz wünschenswert ist. Bei der Verarbeitung von Halbleiterwafern ist die Plasmaätzrate von Meldin® 7001 10 % bis 20 % niedriger als die von Vespel® SP-1 und bietet langfristig eine überlegene Leistung. (Kontaktieren Sie uns für vollständige Details). Für IC-Testfassungen und Sondentestköpfe ist Meldin® 7001 auch ein hervorragender Ersatz für Vespel® SP-1. Meldin 7000-Produkte bieten kontinuierliche Betriebstemperaturen von bis zu 260 °C (550 °F) und einen intermittierenden Betrieb von bis zu 900 °F , wobei enge Toleranzen von ±0,001 Zoll sowohl bei Außen- als auch bei Innendurchmessern eingehalten werden. Meldin 7001 eignet sich für strukturelle Hochtemperatur-, hochreine Halbleiter- und Plasmaschweißanwendungen.
