OVERVIEW of DuraSurf™ ETA Tape - Adhesive-Backed
DuraSurf™ ETA (Easy To Apply) - Adhesive-Backed UHMW Tape offers the excellent abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, high impact strength and high performance people have come to expect from UHMW. By providing this exceptional material with an adhesive backing, installation time and costs are significantly reduced. No need for bolts or fasteners, no need to countersink.
Available in Seven Different Adhesive Types:
FT 8345 SF (standard adhesive). This 5-mil rubber-based adhesive designed for applications requiring high tack and adhesion with excellent shear strength. Specially formulated with a 1-mil polyester carrier and sta-flat liner to provide excellent die cutting and adhesion to low surface energy substrates. Maximum operating temperature: 175°F (79°C) continuous, 200°F (93°C) intermittent.
Optional Adhesives: FT 1150, FT 1123, FT 1126, FT 8346, HPA 1905, UHA 1198 (see brochure for details)

DuraSurf™ ETA Tape reduces scrap by 75%. When a standard 1/4" thick sheet of UHMW is installed using the traditional mechanical fastening method, 3/16" of the material is lost to the bolt head. This leaves only a 1/16" usable wear surface. You can achieve the same result with a 1/16" DuraSurf™ ETA tape product and eliminate 80% of the time and cost associated with traditional installation methods. DuraSurf&trade is offered in a wide range of both rubber and acrylic based adhesive systems to meet virtually any application requirement.

for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party
that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers
that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
You agree to indemnify and hold Professional Plastics (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
For any content that you submit, you grant Professional Plastics a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
All content that you submit may be used at Professional Plastics's sole discretion. Professional Plastics reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Professional Plastics' website that Professional Plastics deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Professional Plastics does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Professional Plastics to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Professional Plastics reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Professional Plastics, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Professional Plastics, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
Professional Plastics may require you to provide certain information or data in order to submit a review.
