Polypropylene is available from Professional Plastics is a wide variety of colors and sizes. Euro Grey Color is now available in the USA in both Sheets & Rods. This grade of polypropylene is enhanced with special heat stabilizers to extend the life of the material and is primarily used as tanks and linings for the chemical and semiconductor industries. Together with its inherent corrosion resistant properties, this product can last for more than 50 years, as compared to standard grades of Natural polypropylene that have a lifetime of only 5 to 10 years in the same application.

A simple test can be performed to compare the heat and corrosion resistance by determining the point at which corrosion starts. Euro Grey PP is not damaged after more than 2800 hours at 300°F, when standard grades of Natural polypropylene have become powder after 500 hours. Even at normal operating temperatures, Euro Grey Polypropylene is highly recommended. The small difference in cost, as compared to lower–quality products, is more than compensated by the huge increase in the life of the product.
