    • G-11 Glass Epoxy Laminate (Mil-I-24768/3) is produced in high-temperature, laminated, glass-cloth sheets, as well as, precision-ground rods and rolled and molded tubes. G-11 exhibits high mechanical strength at temperatures up to 150°C, is self extinguishing, and retains 50% of its flexural strength at elevated temperatures.
    • GPO-3 laminate performs well in electrical applications that require high arc and carbon track resistance as well as flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. GPO-3 laminate is used extensively in the making of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear and other types of electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is a UL recognized product with a temperature index of 120 degrees celsius electrical and 140 degrees celsius mechanical, and is molded in thicknesses of 1/32" to 2".
    • GPO-3 is produced in Standard Color Red, or specialty colors Black, and White. and is molded in thicknesses of 1/32" to 2".

    • Glastic Grade SG-200 High-Strength & High-Temperature Laminate offers the same high-performance features and benefits as Glastic FHT Laminate. In addition, SG-200 offers much higher mechanical strengths than FHT with temperature ratings of up to 210° C. Because of its capabilities, Glastic SG-200 is ideal for a wide variety of product applications requiring high temperature NEMA GPO-1 products. Grade SG-200 is also a superior replacement material for epoxy-bonded mica in layer insulation applications. SG-200 has a UL Temperature Index of 210° C Electrical and 210° C Mechanical.

    • G-10/FR-4 is a thermosetting industrial laminate consisting of a continuous filament glass cloth material with an epoxy resin binder.     • Marinite I structural insulation is a non-asbestos incombustible material manufactured in 4' x 8' panel form. These boards are designed to combine structural strength and high thermal insulating values in a variety of fireproofing and heat processing equipment applications. Formed from calcium silicate with inert fillers and reinforcing agents, Marinite I panels provide structure and insulation in a single, easily erected material.

      In addition to high strength and excellent thermal insulating characteristics, Marinite I structural insulation is highly damage-resistant, non-corroding, and extremely water resistant. Marinite panels also provide fire safety, uniform temperature control, minimal maintenance, and fast, easy fabrication.

      Marinite I Applications
      Potential applications include the construction of ovens, dryers and other insulated housings for the retention and control of heat. It can be machined to form heat baffles and other insulating parts.
    • PETG / Spectar® Co-polyester sheet is a thermoplastic sheet used in engineering applications. PETG offers the capability to produce complex shapes, precise details, deep draws and compound curves without worrying about durability. It's easily formed, die-cut and punched. It brings increased design freedom and lower fabrication costs. In sheet form, PETG has the impact strength and fabrication ease that acrylic can't touch, with the durability to significantly reduce packaging and shipping costs.
    • LEXAN™ sheet (type LEXAN 9034 standard): In thicknesses of .125", Lexan™ 9034 sheet will transmit 86% of the light. LEXAN™ Sheet is UV stabilized, has a heat deflection temperature of 270 degrees F at 264 PSI, and has a smoke density rating less than 75. LEXAN® 9034 is engineered for window glazing as well as for sign applications. In addition to colorless (clear), Lexan™ 9034 is available in solar gray and bronze in thicknesses from .080" to .500". LEXAN™ 9034 uncoated polycarbonate sheet is the standard grade of LEXAN™ sheet for general purpose applications. High-impact LEXAN™ 9034 can be used for economical protection against breakage or intrusion. A better insulator than glass, Lexan sheet contributes to lower energy costs.
    • AlumaCorr® Sheet - Aluminum composite metal sign panels permanently bonded to both sides of a high density, corrugated plastic core, are also known by the name Alumicore. The aluminum sides provide rigidity and durability to the sign, while the plastic core makes Alumicore a heavy duty, yet lightweight sign panel. Using an AlumiCorr Sign gives you a perfect option for outdoor applications, as it will not swell or corrode from the inside. AlumiCorr signs feature a factory aluminum high gloss finish and is warranted to not crack, chip, flake or peel. We have the ability to put vinyl lettering on your sign if there is a low amount of colors/overlapping, or we can digitally print on vinyl for unlimited color options

    • Optix® is the tradename for Plaskolite's continuously processed, high quality acrylic sheet. Optix acrylic sheet is ideal for almost any fabrication or glazing application. Optix exceeds industry standards for quality and safety and its impact-resistance will prohibit the sheet from shattering into sharp edged pieces like glass. Special U.V. stabilization protects the sheet from yellowing and it's backed by a ten year limited warranty.

      Primary applications for Optix include: fabrication, picture framing, skylights, displays, signage, lighting and point of purchase. Optix acrylic is available in colored, impact modified, green edged and patterned sheet.
    • HDPE ColorCore® Sheet is environmentally stabilized high-density polyethylene which has been developed to withstand the harshest outdoor conditions. It can be used in wet areas that need to be washed often for cleaning, or are regularly exposed to moisture. It can be fabricated using common woodworking tools and techniques. Its thin cap layers and bright primary colors make it ideal for signage, marine, playground and recreational applications. For maximum versatility, standard colors are made to coordinate with King ColorBoard®. We have improved King ColorCore® so it is now easier than ever to engrave. We have made the cap consistent in thickness for all three gauges of King ColorCore®, for a very uniform appearance. So when your project calls for different gauges of material, you can be confident the at your engravings will have the same quality look from sheet to sheet. Base materials are FDA approved as are most pigments. It is made with high-impact-resistant polymer to handle more abuse than conventional sign materials. King ColorCore is a superior homogeneous sheet, made with a unique state-of-the-art continuous process called PolyFusion®. It is manufactured to the highest standards in the industry.

      King ColorCore® is upgradable with our exclusive antimicrobial additive King MicroShield®. The latest technology for protecting the product surface against a broad spectrum of damaging bacteria, algae, and fungi by reducing the amount of microbes by 99.99% and killing the microbes on contact.
    • CPVC shares most of the features and properties of its close relative, PVC. It is also readily workable, including machining, welding, and forming. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, CPVC is ideally suited for self-supporting constructions where temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) are present. The ability to bend, shape, and weld CPVC enables its use in a wide variety of process applications including tanks, scrubbers, and ventilation systems. It exhibits excellent fire resistance, chemical resistance, and is readily available in sheets, rods, and tubing.

    • Lumicor® blends the versatility of high performance resins with the vast world of decorative materials to bring light, texture and color to enhance any environment. Its unique decorative appearance is the result of a patented process that incorporates interesting core elements within clear resins. Lumicor® can be used in an endless variety of vertical, horizontal, and 3-dimensional applications including; furniture, wall partitions, countertops, cabinet doors, sinks, displays, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, shower doors, office relites, signs and shelving. Because Lumicor is made with high performance resins, it has excellent clarity, outstanding UV resistance and is easy to fabricate. It can be cut, drilled, routed, bonded, sanded and thermoformed using standard techniques. Furthermore, Lumicor is renewable. Surface scratches are easily removed using standard polishing discs to renew the finish to a matte or high gloss.

    • Pipe Grade HDPE Sheet & Pipes (SDR 11 and SDR 17 Pipes)
      HDPE Pipe Grade Sheet has a higher molecular weight material than our standard HDPE. The material displays improved performance characteristics in a variety of piping applications. In addition, the material is UV stabilized and ideal for use in demanding outdoor applications. It retains its properties between -220°F and 180°F and resists most chemicals. It is also NSF certified under Standard 61 to be used in potable water piping systems. Densetec HDPE Pipe Grade can be used in a variety of applications including manhole lids and bottoms, pipe reducers, trenches, sumps, pipe flanges, pipe end caps, tanks, milled flange adapters and lifting lugs.

      SDR11 & SDR17 HDPE Pipe (High Density Polyethylene Pipe) & HDPE Pipe Fittings are an outstanding choice for chemical and fertilizer transfer and many industrial applications. Lightweight, flexible, chemical and abrasion resistant, HDPE will not rust, rot, corrode or crack like some other pipe products. Smooth for high flow rates.
    • PVC-350™ (Bending Grade) - Static Dissipative Plastic Sheet
      PVC-350™ is a plastic sheet product designed to control static electricity for a wide range of end uses. It is a high quality polyvinyl chloride sheet which has been surfaced with SciCron Technologies proprietary, clear, C-350™ static dissipative surfacing. This unique technology prevents charge generation on the sheet surfaces, thereby controlling particulate attraction and preventing electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. This performance is permanent and totally independent of humidity. PVC-350 offers exceptional design versatility since it fabricates simply, is light in weight and is available in large sheet sizes. It also exhibits excellent chemical resistance, plus superior flame spread and bending characteristics.

      Applications
      PVC-350 resists tribocharging under all circumstances and cannot generate a charge when properly grounded. This makes it ideal for use in manufacturing and assembly operations for charge sensitive electronic components where it can help prevent both immediate and latent ESD caused defects. Since it resists charge build-up it does not attract contaminants, so it can also help prevent contamination-related rejects in ultra-clean manufacturing operations. Consequently, it is suitable for use in the semi-conductor, electronic, and micro-manufacturing industries. Typical applications include contoured panels and fabri-cated items which require heat bending, such as; covers, windows, doors, and access panels for electronic equip-ment, machines and instruments; fabricated desiccators, cabinets, and boxes with heat bent parts; and formed process equipment enclosures. The product also has many general industrial uses, including protection for static charge sensitive manufacturing devices and control of spark discharge in explosive environments.
    • Nylon® MD (Cast 6) is a nylon and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) composition designed to improve the mechanical, thermal and bearing properties to Type 6 Nylon while maintaining its basic electrical and chemical characteristics. Cast Nylon MD is more cost efficient than extruded Nylon MD when it comes to production of large parts. The casting process allows for massive sheets up to 60" x 120", Rods up to 24" dia, Tubes up to 55" diameter, and even Near-net Shapes for the production of large, "hollowed-out" parts that would otherwise require heavy machining and waste.

      Through compounding, finely divided particles impart extra lubricity to this nylon, permitting Nylon MD parts to operate with little or no lubrication. This makes it especially suited to applications where external lubrication is impractical, contaminating or difficult to maintain. The added lubricity also contributes dramatically to component service life, making Nylon MD a very cost-efficient choice. Nylon MD provides non-galling and non-scratching characteristics, sound dampening qualities, insulating properties, resistance to oils, greases, most alkalies, solvents, and organic acids
    • Plexiglass - CAST Acrylic Sheets are offered in Clear, Black, White, Grey, Bronze, Blue, Red, Yellow, Green and more. Plexiglass applications include: picture frames, store displays, furniture, shelving, windows, barriers, shields, replacement glass and aquariums. Clear Plexiglass is optically transparent, unaffected by moisture, and offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, and can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Prolonged exposure to moisture, or even total immersion in water, does not significantly effect its' mechanical or optical properties. "Plexiglass" is often used as a generic term for acrylic. Spelled as Plexiglas® (one S) it's the Arkema brand name. Spelled as "plexiglass" (two SS's), it's generic acrylic. We offer; Acrylite®, Lucite®, & Optix® brands. While plexiglass/acrylic sheets may vary slightly by brand, the processing technique is the most important factor in its' properties (Cast or Extruded).

      Why use CAST Acrylic verses EXTRUDED Acrylic ?
    • Continuous Service Temp: 180° F (Cast) vs. 160° F (Extruded)
    • Formability Temp: 340° F to 380° F (Cast) vs 290° F to 320° F (Extruded)
    • Cast acrylic has a higher molecular weight, therefore it will cut, drill and rout cleaner.
    • When machining cast acrylic, shavings will flake off whereas extruded acrylic shavings may gum up on the tool.
    • Cast acrylic also offers better glue-joint effectiveness and performs better in laser cutting.
