Kapa-Bloc® Sheet
Kapa®-Bloc is a continuously produced, Polyurethane foam-centered board, laminated to two sheets of melamine resin coated paper. Tighter cell structure makes Kapa®-Bloc rigid, with high bending strength and pressure resistance. Kapa®-Bloc is strong, durable, warp-free and has humidity resistance; humidity cannot diffuse through Kapa®-Bloc's cell walls. With the extensive offering in gauges, widths (available in 5' widths), standard sizes, and colors of white or black, creative individuals can take full advantage of what Kapa®-Bloc material can offer. Kapa®-Bloc is less expensive than competitive board and has high heat resistance for hot-mount lamination. For screen printing, Kapa®-Bloc is better, it accepts virtually all commercial inks, adhesives and paints.
