Dupont TY127SWH White Tyvek TY Coverall with Integrated Hood and Zipper Front
These limited use, zipper front Tyvek® coveralls from DuPont have been designed to offer maximum comfort and durability found in a limited use garment. They feature an integrated hood designed to fit a respirator.
Resistant: Tyvek® fabric is a specialized material from DuPont created by spin-bonding millions of polyethylene fibres to produce a unique, non-woven olefin fabric. Without added laminates, Tyvek® provides a barrier resistant to particles as small as 1 micrometre in size. Tyvek® repels dirt and other particles better than woven fabrics.
Durable: Laboratory tests have proven Tyvek® to be more than twice as durable as microporous film or SMS fabrics. It is highly resistant to tears, abrasions and punctures. Tyvek® garments are innately strong and unreactive - they are chemically inert so offer protection from a range of chemical and biological challenges.
Integrated Hood: These DuPont coveralls include an attached respirator-fit hood. The face opening is elasticated to ensure a secure fit around the respirator and fully cover the neck and chin. This is reinforced by an extra-long zipper to guarantee complete coverage of the neck.
Comfortable: These Tyvek® coveralls feature improved mobility by providing more room in the back to enable a greater range of motion when stretching and bending. These coveralls are reinforced in high-stress areas to minimize blow-outs; this is reinforced by serged seaming which offers strong, stress-resistant seams.
Breathable: Tyvek® is a breathable fabric: although it is impossible for many particles to penetrate the material, it allows heat and moisture to escape. This keeps the wearer cooler and safer, and reduces the risk of heat stress.
Wearable: These coveralls have elasticated wrists and ankles for a more secure fit, and a front zipper for easy donning and doffing. They are available in white for maximum visibility in a range of situations.

TIVAR® CleanStat® can cut downtime and fine build-up in a variety of applications. It eliminates static build-up problems, meets FDA and USDA guidelines for food contact and exhibits a longer wearing, lower coefficient of friction sliding surface than stainless steel.
TIVAR CleanStat can be easily fabricated into components and replacement parts that reduce noise levels in plants and require less frequent cleaning. Its welded design capabilities result in seamless welded components.
TIVAR CleanStat is available in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/4" to 3". It is also available in specific tube and rod sizes and custom fabricated parts.

CPVC White (PVC-C) FM4910
Flametec™ Cleanroom PVC-C (CPVC) is a CPVC-based resin in Ultra White Color for the Semiconductor Industry. This Ultra-White Cleanroom PVC-C sheet material is designed to be the most economical choice in FM 4910 materials. Vycom's Cleanroom PVC-C has been audited and tested in accordance with the FM 4910 protocol. It meets the test criteria with an FPI of 2 (limit of 6 max) and an SDI of 0.1 ( 0.4 max). PVC-C is FM listed at .250" thickness and above. PVC-C (CPVC) Based Sheet is available in 48" x 96" sheets in gauges of 1/8" through 1" and meets the demand for aesthetics and functionality in clean room wet process equipment . FM4910 rating is only for thicknesses of .250" and above.

Static Dissipative Plastic - CPVC Sheet
CPVC-300™ FM 4910 is a plastic sheet product that controls static electricity in clean room applications requiring flame retardant clear plastic. These applications include: clean room glazing; machine windows, doors, covers and enclosures; and fabricated desiccators and cabinets. The product is a Factory Mutual 4910* compliant chlorinated polyvinyl chloride sheet coated with SciCron Technologies clear, C-300™ static dissipative coating to prevent charge generation on the sheet surfaces. This controls particulate attraction and prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) events completely independent of humidity. CPVC-300 - FM 4910 has excellent flammability and smoke generation properties, plus superior chemical resistance, surface hardness, and mar resistance.
*The CPVC substrate used to make this product has been tested according to procedures outlined in the Factory Mutual Clean Room Materials Flammability Test Protocol (Class 4910) and is listed as an approved material in the Factory Mutual Research Approval Guide. It has been formulated to resist fire and to emit low levels of smoke when tested according to this protocol. The C-300 coated product, CPVC-300 - FM-4910, has not been similarily tested by Factory Mutual Research, however, it is very unlikely that the presence of the C-300 coating on the sheet sufaces has any influence on the flammability characteristics of the sheet when tested according to the 4910 protocol. The C-300 coating, which is only one micron thick, is formulated with an incombustible conductive metal oxide which makes up 66% of the coating weight. The remainder of the coating adds less than 0.3 gram of combustible binder per square foot of coated sheet surface. The addition of such a small fractional percentage of combustible material is extremely difficult to detect.
