Takiron FM4910 Materials
Takiron FM4910 Approved Materials:
FM4910 is the fire retardant property standard established by Factory Mutual System, a worldwide industrial insurance organization, for materials used in clean room applications.
Test criteria for the selection of materials for clean rooms are presented. The criteria deal with limiting fire propagation and limiting contamination of the clean room environment by smoke.
The criteria are represented by the following two indices:
Fire Propagation Index (FPI): Less Than or Equal to 6
Smoke Damage Index (SDI): Less Than or Equal to 4.
Meet FM4910 Criteria:
FMT 3331 3700 PVC Plate Basic Grade (Ivory color) - standard 48" x 96" or 1m x 2m sheets.
FMH 5300 C-PVC Plate Excellent Heat Resistant Grade (Ivory color) - standard 48" x 96" or 1m x 2m sheets.
FMHL 5310 C-PVC Plate Heat and Chemical Resistant Grade (Ivory color) - standard 48" x 96" or 1m x 2m sheets.
FMHS 5650 PVC Plate Clear Grade (Clear) - standard 48" x 96" or 1m x 2m sheets.
Note: All items are also available with welding rod.
