This graphite is a 5 micron particle size material with uniform microstucture that resists wear. It has good thermal conductivity for dimensional stability.
Typical Properties: - DFP-3 is a densified (reduces open porosity by 80%) 5 micron particle size material, apparent density is 1.77 g/cc, compressive strength 20,000 psi, flexural strength 12,000 psi, electrical resistivity is 600 micro ohm per inch, thermal conductivity 95 watts/m K. Oxidation threshold is 820 degrees F.
