Kevlar® Ballistic Laminate
Gillfab™1360A Laminate Kevlar® Ballistic Laminate is a high performance ballistic laminate made from woven Kevlar® 29 fabric reinforced phenolic resin.

Applications: Designed for use in a wide range of applications, including cockpit doors, bulkheads, armored vehicles and naval vessels, where weight, fire resistance and smoke emissions are critical. Ideal for aircraft interior applications where weight, fire resistance and smoke emissions are of primary concern.

Resin: Fire resistant polyester.

Reinforcement: Fiberglass cloth.

Surface: 004" Gillcoated coating on Gilliner 1266.

Gillfab™1360A Laminate Kevlar® Ballistic Laminate:

Tested to meet the NIJ III-A threat level by an independent ballistics laboratory at 0.320ins (8.13mm) thickness, using the NIJ 0101.04 test procedure as recommended by the FAA AC 25.795-2.

Lightweight - 29% lighter than S-2 Glass® roving reinforced material having comparable bullet resistance.

Superior flammability properties - meets FAR 25.853 Parts I, IV and V

Thickness: 0.090 ins ( 2.29 mm) and up, in multiples of .018ins (.46 mm)

Length: Up to 144ins ( 3858 mm)

Width: Up to 60ins (1524 mm)
