    • Foamular Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) is made in several types and grades including: FOAMULAR® 150, FOAMULAR® 250, FOAMULAR® Insulating Sheathing, FOAMULAR® ProPink® IS, FOAMULAR® Half-Inch, FOAMULAR® Insulpink®, FOAMULAR® Insul-Drain® and FOAMULAR® Pink-Drain®.

      This Extruded polystyrene closed-cell foam panel features continuous skin on face and back surface. FOAMULAR insulation is produced by Owens Corning's patented Hydrovac® process technology under conditions of strict quality control.

      All Foamular XPS products are R-5 per inch of thickness except High-R CW Plus that is R-10 at 1-3/4", and R-12 at 2-1/8" thick.
    • Neoprene foam (closed cell neoprene foam) (aka Monarch) is a flexible and durable sponge rubber that provides good thermal and moisture insulation. Additionally, neoprene rubber is form-fitting and can resist the effects of ozone, sunlight, oxidation as well as many petroleum derivatives and chemicals. Neoprene sheets and other forms of this foam can also resist breakdown caused by water, and can become temporarily stable because water and air can become isolated in its unique molecular structure. Some of the many uses of neoprene pads include sports gloves, waders, wet suits, insulated can-holders, knee and elbow pads, expansion joint filler in masonry and concrete, and filler support sealant in traffic bearing joints.

      Foam Types: Neoprene Regular, and Neoprene High Quality
      Neoprene Regular Foam is a good quality foam with a firm feel. Common applications include water resistant clothing, heat insulating clothing, joint filler for road construction, and gaskets. Typical life is 5-20 years.

    • Polyurethane foams are produced in both flexible and rigid types. This foam is commonly used in upholstery fabrics in commercial and domestic furniture; while rigid foams are inside the metal and plastic walls of most refrigerators and freezers, or used in various thermal insulation panels in the construction sector.

    • Polyethylene Foam, also known as PE, is a strong resilient closed cell foam. Used for shock absorbing, vibration dampening, loose fill, and its most common use: cushioning products in packaging applications. Polyethylene is lightweight, shatter proof, flexible, cost-effective, and impervious to mildew, mold, rot, and bacteria.

      Black Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam
      Black PE foam is used for protective padding and cab linings. The black polyethylene foam is generally used for camping pads and athletic padding. The black foam is good for flotation in rafts and works well as a waterproof foam. The material is 1.7lb density. Because it is rugged and durable, it is good for wet environments.

      White Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam
      Our white PE foam is used in the aircraft industry for seat cushions. It is also used as case inserts, shipping trays, and custom insulated containers to ensure your valuables are kept safe during shipping. This material is 1.7lb density and is good for light to medium weight articles.

      Pink Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam
      Our pink anti-static foam is used in electronics packaging and shipping cartons where ESD is a problem. The PE foam allows fragile and hazardous items to be packaged without having the concerns of static discharge or sudden shock to break components. The material is 1.7lb density and great for light to medium weight articles.

      Blue Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam
      Our blue PE foam is used in industrial packaging and floatation applications. The material is 1.7lb density. Because it is rugged and durable, it is good for wet environments.

      Green Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam
      Our green PE foam is used for applications where shock and vibration absorption are needed. The material is 1.2lb density.
    • SOLIMIDE® polyimide foams are a family of high performance thermal and acoustic insulation products. There are four SOLIMIDE foam grades: TA-301, AC-550, AC-530, and HT-340. All of the SOLIMIDE foam grades are inherently fire-resistant, lightweight, and environmentally friendly with virtually no offgassing/outgassing. They offer a wide operating temperature range from -196ºC to +300ºC.

      Solimide TA-301 is utilized mainly in the marine and industrial markets. Applications vary and include thermal, acoustic, and vent duct insulation for naval vessels, sidewall and HVAC insulation for rail cars and acoustic insulation for mining vehicles.

      Solimide AC-550 and AC-530 are aerospace grade products used by major airframe manufacturers like Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and Embraer, among others. Fuselage, air conditioning duct, and equipment insulation are just a few of the applications for these products. They are also used in aerospace applications where minimal offgassing/outgassing is critical. In addition to aerospace applications, AC-530 is used as expansion/contraction joints in cryogenic applications.

      Solimide HT-340 is used across all industries in applications that require the highest temperature resistance of +300ºC. High temperature pipes and ducts, ovens, and night storage heaters, and a variety of high temperature areas on aircraft and in spacecraft are applications that use SOLIMIDE HT-340 foam.

      LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 is a unique, fine-celled high-density polyurethane foam intended for styling models, prototypes, mold patterns, tooling, proofing NC/CNC machine programs, and other modeling applications where a low cost, versatile, stable, grain-free stock material is desired.

      LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 is supplied in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 30 and 40 pound per cubic foot densities, in sheet thickness up to 12 inches. Standard sheet sizes: 48" x 48" and 48" x 96". 30 pound per cubic foot densities are available in 24" x 48" and 24" x 100" sheet sizes only.

      LAST-A-FOAM® FR-7100 can be bonded, filled, sealed and painted with a wide variety of commercially available finishing products. Our customers report greatest success with automotive and wood finishing materials, but the range of usable products is not limited to those types.

    • LAST-A-FOAM® FR-4700 high-temperature polyurethane foam tooling boards can withstand peak temperatures up to 400° F (200°C) and continuous-use temperatures up to 350° F (177°C) which is significantly more than other products on the market. This series is non-abrasive and can be machined with standard high-speed steel (HSS) cutting tools. It can also be cut cleanly with water jets and traditional wood-carving tools. Affordable and dimensionally stable, this rigid foam board is ideal for prototype machining, high-temperature curing prepregs, vacuum forming, pattern making, and other limited-run tooling where traditional metal dies are cost-prohibitive. The FR-4700 high-temperature series of high-density foam is available in thicknesses up to 12 inches in 18-lb. densities, and up to 11 inches in 30- and 40-lb. densities. This high-performance material is an excellent choice for all of your high-temperature needs.

    • Last-A-Foam® FR-4500 Tooling Board Series - Tough, grain-free FR-4500 foam tooling boards are ideal for tooling applications or as modeling foam. Rely on consistently uniform material from sheet to sheet and within each block. The high-density foam is easily worked using the simplest woodworking tools or sophisticated CAD/CAM routers and CNC machines. Excellent machining characteristics make it effortless to create precise, intricate designs for styling and design models, master models, masters for composite and layup tools, and for mold and foundry patterns.     • Last-A-Foam® FR-3700 Performance Core Series - FR-3700 is a CFC-free, rigid, closed-cell, flame-retardant polyurethane foam available in densities ranging from 3 to 40 pounds per cubic foot. It exhibits a high strength-to-weight ratio due to its cellular structure and cross-linked resin. Because of its closed-cell structure, LAST-A-FOAM FR-3700 has great resistance to water absorption, and will not swell, crack, or split on exposure to water. It particularly supports the following industries:

      Aerospace
      FR-3700 meets the requirements of aircraft BMS 8:133. This rigid, polyurethane foam is comparable to the FR-6700 in strength, temperature resistance and flammability performance. However, the FR-3700 is tougher (less friable) for cutting crisper edges.

      Medical
      High-density rigid polyurethane FR-3700 foam is used to simulate human bone as a test medium within the medical device industry.

      Nuclear
      FR-3700 foams are chosen for nuclear material applications and transportation of extremely hazardous waste. When used as an impact- and fire-insulation liner in transport containers, FR-3700 can be engineered to provide the ultimate in fire and collision protection for hazardous cargo, outperforming wood and other polymeric materials. The FR-3700 formulation is specially designed to allow predictable impact-absorption performance under dynamic loading. At the same time, it provides an intumescent char layer that insulates and protects hazardous materials, even when exposed to pool-fire conditions.

      Radomes:
      Use LAST-A-FOAM® 3700 Performance Core Series for constructing durable, weatherproof radomes. Impervious to moisture and transparent to radio signals, they protect marine, aerospace and recreational microwave antennas. Their high Tg suits prepregs that cure at higher temperatures.

      In particular, our FR-3700 foam has a solid history of successful use in radioactive materials (RAM) transportation packages. The regulations governing RAM packages often require energy absorption of 30-foot free drops and exposure to a 1,475°F, 30-minute fire under accident conditions. Our FR-3700 series foam is one of very few materials that can support the RAM package design in mitigating both mechanical and thermal energy.

    • Last-A-Foam® FR-4300 Series Thermoformable Board is a unique flame-retardant structural polyurethane foam. It is ideal for composite panel cores and other structures where compound-curved surfaces or other details can be made with low-cost heat-forming methods. While it is heat-formable, it retains all the chemical and solvent-resistant properties of polyurethane foams. A closed-cell material, it is easily bonded and will accept a variety of adhesives and coatings.

    • Polyurethane Foam Boards are a unique fine-celled, high-density polyurethane foam intended for proofing NC/CNC machine programs, prototype models, and other modeling applications where a versatile, stable, grain-free stock material is desired. These foam boards are available in 12 lb., 15 lb., 20 lb., and 30 lb. densities, and provide a surface which produces excellent edge definition and also enhances paintability and finishing.

    • TCC-6012 - A tan colored 12 lb. density polyurethane foam board which machines very easily, has good edge definition and produces a good machined surface finish.

    • TCC-6015 - A tan colored 15 lb. polyurethane foam board which produces a better machined surface than the TCC-6012. It produces a very good edge definition and offers good dimensional stability.

    • TCC-6020 - A tan colored 20 lb. polyurethane foam board which produces excellent edge definition and a very good surface. It offers good dimensional stability and excellent shore hardness.

    • TCC-6030 - A tan colored 30 lb. polyurethane foam board which produces the best edge definition and surface finish available in a syntactic polyurethane material. It is easy to hand work or machine, is non-abrasive and has good dimensional stability.
    • TRYMER™ 1800 polyisocyanurate foam insulation is a polyurethane modified polyisocyanurate cellular plastic. The rigid foam is supplied in the form of bunstock for fabrication into sheets, pipe shells, tank and vessel coverings, and other shapes for a variety of thermal insulation applications. TRYMER 1800 insulation features improved dimensional stability over a wider range of temperatures than standard polyurethane foam insulation. TRYMER insulation is not a known nutrient source for mold and mildew.
    • Ensolite PVC-NBR is an energy absorbing foam originally deveoped by NASA to protect pressure from damage.It has virtually 100% memory and is waterproof. The Ensolite® product line offers a broad range of products based on PVC/NBR for applications in the athletic, flotation, industrial, and automotive markets. The continuous roll stock provides economies in fabrication. Made in several grades and densities.
    • INSITE REVEAL is a multipurpose foamboard that utilizes new innovative foam technology. INSITE REVEAL features a new REVEAL foam center that is specifically designed with memory to retain its thickness during processes such as mounting, laminating, screen-printing, and die-cutting. INSITE REVEAL incorporates new smooth paper liners with heavier surface coatings that promote superior ink holdout and increased print gloss while screen-printing. The coating also acts as a barrier to minimize adhesive absorption while maximizing mounting and laminating speeds. Applications include signs, displays, exhibits, photo mounting, digital imaging, framing, crafts, toys, sets, props, and presentations.
    • Zotefoams Product Range: The unique nitrogen expansion process results in a range of foams produced from a wide range of polymers, including LDPE, HDPE PP, EVA copolymers and the recently introduced metallocene catalyst based foams.

      Plastazote® Foam (LD45)- Plastazote® is a closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam with a density of 45 Kg/M3. A wide range of polymer combinations give increased stiffness, improved temperature resistance and improved moldability. Application areas include packaging, protective padding contact sports, automotive applications, health care and for construction.

      Plastazote® Foam (LD 15)- Plastazote LD15 Low Density Polyethylene Foam with a density of 15 Kg/M3. Plastazote is a closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam manufactured using Zotefoams unique production process. Plastazote foam LD15 which is available in sheet form and is fabricated by modern techniques and can be thermoformed into shapes.

      Plastazote® is acknowledged as the most cited thermoplastic foam material in medical literature. The material is used extensively in a wide variety of medical and health care applications, many of which involve direct skin contact. These outstanding properties stem from the unique manufacturing process technology, which produces a pure, chemically inert foam without blowing agent residues and with a uniform cell structure with regular cell walls.

      Latex-free, non-toxic and hypoallergenic, the use of Plastazote foams helps reduce skin irritation. Plastazote foams are typified by their highly consistent cell structure. Because they are expanded in a free environment (without the use of a mold) they also have little in-built stress and little tendency to distort during conversion; both features that make them easy to process and fabricate.

      Plastazote foams can be routed cleanly to produce the most complex of shapes. Being cross-linked they are equally suitable for thermoforming, either by compression or vacuum molding. They can be split, sawn, water jet cut, die-cut, butt-welded and heat laminated together to form thicker blocks.
    • Sintra® expanded PVC Sheet is a lightweight yet rigid board of moderately expanded closed-cell polyvinyl chloride (PVC) extruded in a homogenous sheet with a low gloss matte finish.

    • InSite® Flame Resistant This foamboard is used in applications requiring additional fire safety. The board has paper liners that can be easily painted, screen printed, mounted or laminated. Insite FR, is manufactured with flame retardant additives in the foam center and in the paper facers. The polystyrene foam center is UL® classified, R4712N and the specially formulated flame resistant facers meet TAPPI T4610M-94 standards.     • InteFoam® is an expanded PVC foam board with a matte finish. It is lightweight, durable, chemical resistance, fire retardant capabilities and available in a variety of colors in 3mm and 6mm, gauges ranging from 1mm to 25mm (1/32Â" to 63/64Â"). InteFoam® is an excellent substrate for point-of-purchase displays and signs, and is the substrate of choice for screen-printing and digital printing. Features a consistently smooth and abrasion resistant surface for easy paint and excellent ink adhesion produces sharp, vivid colors – a printed image of superior quality! It can be thermoformed and has a variety of applications in sign, marine, and graphic arts industries. InteFoam can be heat bent, routed laminated, pressure or vacuum formed in a variety of shapes and configuration for those challenging displays shapes or promotional material. When using vinyl lettering, the bonding is excellent due to the molecular reaction (vinyl to vinyl) between the lettering and the InteFoam® surface.

      Custom color matches and custom sizes available upon request, all InteFoam® has been tested and complies with UL94 V0, UL94 5V, UL48 and best all InteFoam® contains no lead or heavy metal in its formulation.
