    Delrin® Tubes
    Delrin® tubes (acetal homopolymer) have many of the same characteristics of industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel. Some of Delrin's comparable properties include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength.
  • Formulations include Delrin® 100, 150SA, Delrin® 500 and Delrin® 507.
  • Delrin Tubes are also called Delrin Tubular Bar, Delrin Hollow Bar, Delrin Bushing Stock, or Delrin Tubing
    Delrin Tubes are supplied by Professional Plastics.
  • Meets ASTM D6778 ( superceeds ASTM D4181 )
  • Natual material is supplied as Delrin 150SA, Black is supplied as Delrin 100. Delrin is made from acetal homopolymer resin.
  • Delrin® is a registered tradename of E.I. Dupont DeNemours.

    • Delrin Exhibits:
  • Slightly higher tensile & flexular properties than acetal copolymer.
  • FDA, NSF & USDA approved.
  • Delrin 150 SA natural, standard general purpose, unfilled acetal. This grade has the best impact toughness of all unfilled Delrin products.
  • Delrin 100 -black this is the black equivalent to the 150 SA. It has the best toughness of any standard acetal. It is also UV stabilized
