ACRYLITE 249 sheet - aerospace grade, cross-linked acrylic sheet is superior to conventional acrylic sheet in craze resistance, heat resistance, and water absorption; certified to meet or exceed current version of Military Specification MIL P-8184 as a Type II, Class 2 material.

CYRO Industries' aerospace grade ACRYLITE® GMS acrylic sheet and ACRYLITE® 249 acrylic sheet are optically clear, lightweight. thermal shock resistant materials for aircraft glazing applications.

Heat resistant ACRYLITE GMS sheet is certified to meet or exceed Military Specification MIL-P-5425E. Its superior optical qualities make it ideal for use in aviation windshields, wing tip lenses, instrument panels and dust cover applications as well as other aerospace transparent enclosures in monolithic or laminated form.

ACRYLITE 249 sheet is a cross-linked cast acrylic sheet certified to meet or exceed Military Specification MIL-P-8184E (Type II, Class 2). It has increased resistance to crazing, solvent attacks and water absorption, as well as its improved dimensional stability after heating. The sheet is used in a wide variety of aerospace and ground vehicle transparencies in monolithic or laminated form.

Both aerospace grade acrylic sheet products are easily fabricated.
