ABS Sheets - GP Forming Grade
ABS Sheet (General Purpose ABS Sheets) is offered by Professional Plastics in a wide range colors & grades. Sheets are produced in monolayer and co-extruded multilayer ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) sheet products. Combinations of 100% customer color virgin, virgin cap/utility base, low gloss (matte) cap/utility base, and custom color cap/utility base are available.
Standard Finish is Hair Cell 1 Side (Textured 1 Side, Smooth 1 Side)
General Purpose Forming Grade ABS Sheet is Durable and Easily Vacuum-Formed

End uses of ABS Sheet include tub/shower surrounds, pickup truck caps, boat accessories, automotive trim parts, and computer housings.
"GP ABS" stands for "General Purpose ABS" Forming Grade Sheets.
Some Thin Sheets (.062" & below) may be rolled for UPS & shipped in a cardboard tube to save freight. If you do not want your sheets rolled for UPS, please make a note on the Special Instructions Box on the Check-Out Screen.
Special Cut-To-Size Sheets Available Upon Request (additional cutting fee may apply)
If you want us to cut your sheets, please make a note in the Special Instructions Box on the Check-Out screen. This material is typically sold in standard full sheets (48" x 96").
Sheets Larger than 36" x 48" Cannot be shipped via UPS.
