ABS Material Data Sheet

ABS - Forming Grade (General Purpose)
ABS Sheet is offered by Professional Plastics in a wide range colors & grades. Sheets are produced in monolayer and co-extruded multilayer ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) sheet products. Combinations of 100% customer color virgin, virgin cap/utility base, low gloss (matte) cap/utility base, and custom color cap/utility base are available.

We also offer FR ABS Sheet for flame-resistant applications.

Standard Finish is Hair Cell 1 Side

End uses of ABS Sheet include tub/shower surrounds, pickup truck caps, boat accessories, automotive trim parts, and computer housings.

GP is for General Purpose.

Thin sheets (.093" & below) may be rolled for UPS & shipped in a cardboard tube to save freight. If you do not want your sheets rolled for UPS, please make a note on the Special Instructions Box on the Check-Out Screen.

We can also cut sheets down for UPS at no extra charge in most cases. If you want us to cut your sheets, please make a note in the Special Instructions Box on the Check-Out screen. This material is sold in standard full sheets.

We do not cut the sheets unless you request it.
